60 m² apartment on the 1st floor (with sloping roofs is to be reckoned with) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the nature park Hüttener Berge near the A7. The entire building in which the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former forge. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Welcome to my cozy 3 bedroom apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is very centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Just around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms also a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up for other guests.
