Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Murcia

The apartment is very clean and we had a pleasant night with the kid. They made it easy for us to leave the bikes.

My stay with baby (10 months) was very pleasant. There is everything you need (high chair, side bed, dishes, shutters for darkening, washing machine, sockets out of reach of crawling children). The kitchen is very well equipped, the terraces are in a great location, air conditioning/heating works perfectly. Beds are very comfortable, cabinets generous. There is plenty of parking in the area, a walking supermarket and a children's playground. Also the beach is 10 min walking. The communication on site as well as with the owners works reliably and smoothly and was always friendly. We had a great time and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

Just what we needed, small but comfortable. Close to the beach and pool. He answered our concerns right away. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always responded very quickly to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

I found a home the two weeks I was there. From the welcome details, how the house smelled and the bedding, to the views, with some dreamy sunsets.. unbeatable. The main room overlooks the nautical club in addition, and you can see the sunrise, with an ideal table to be watching while you have your coffee. There is a magical atmosphere. Óscar was attentive at all times. Definitely if I need to get away at any other time, I wouldn't choose another place. Thank you!!

the house is very good and beautiful everything was clean and organized, the apartment was all new, the furniture and the beds and the bathroom, all very good for a family with two adults and 2 children, close to the beach walking 3 minutes, the area is very nice.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.
