Villa Perlita is a wonderful modern home with everything you need to enjoy your break away. Spotless and organised. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Amazing outdoor space which unfortunately we were unable to use due to rain for the whole of our 7 days stay. Absolutely no negatives about the beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Everything was phenomenal. The only downside I would put is that we stayed at a check-out time, and half an hour before this time, the girl who would take care of picking up the house, entered the house without warning or anything and suddenly we met her. I would advise to make the check out time clear The rest is great thank you

A great place to relax in the countryside! The accommodation is perfect, not overlooked, the pool is great! The decor is perfect! There is nothing missing, we had wood for the barbecue. This is the perfect place if you want to be enclosed within 4 walls for a weekend. We won't hesitate to come back. Paula is very welcoming and accommodating. Great, I recommend it 100%.

Thank you Toni for letting us use your house. We had four lovely weeks in your house. Everything worked perfect, your kitchen was absolutely fully equipped. The beds in master bedroom was really first class. The location of the house was realy good, close to marcadona, short walk to the beaches. Thank you so much!

Krisztian was a wonderful host! Always responded quickly and was so helpful. The villa is clean and comfortable and only 1 minute walk to the large communal pool. A lovely quiet area and we spent most evenings outside listening to the birds and watching the sunsets. Easy place to get to from Alicante airport and easy access to local beaches and short drives to Cartagena and other local areas. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the weather and scenery. The communal pool was never busy and has a smaller more shallow kids pool next to the main one. Highly recommend both the villa and host Krisztian.

A well-located apartment, with garage a few minutes walk away. Close to the beach on foot. Elevator. Small balcony terrace that overlooks the neighbors but which is nice for breakfast. Lack of privacy as no window curtains. Air conditioning (and it is essential when it is very hot as in summer for example). We spent a few nights in this apartment. We will come back. Mari Carmen is very accommodating and very flexible for check-ins and/or checkouts.

Beautiful property in a lovely area. Literally a stones throw from the sea and lush grass space in front of the sea which is great for sunbathing. Property is well kitted out with everything you need and the roof terrace makes the property with its amazing sea view and comfy swing chair. Would return just for that. Host was very helpful and proactive with communication and the video of how to get there was a lovely touch

Fantastic! We spent a whole month in the apartment and are absolutely thrilled. We worked from home and the WiFi was ideally suited for that. The decor is super nice and we felt right at home. We extensively used the facility with gym, sauna and hot tub and had a good time. By car or scooter, the sea can be reached very quickly and you can walk to the supermarket. We also spent a lot of time on the huge terrace. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and we had a really great time. The whole month was a dream come true. We can recommend this place in good conscience and also book again anytime. :)

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

Actually, I only needed one room, but I really enjoyed the luxury of my own small apartment. The apartment is not that small. With four people you can live very well here, with six people you can certainly still manage very well. Angel was very friendly and attentive, so you can tell at all times that he likes to travel himself — because he just knows what it takes as a host and also occasionally asked if I had any questions or if he could help me with something. If I come back to the area, I will also be happy to stay here again. Otherwise, I highly recommend Angel and his apartment – not only here, but also to friends and acquaintances.

This was our first time using AirBnB, so weren't sure what to expect, but Lucas is a great host and very helpful if we had any questions. The apartment itself is very quiet, tastefully furnished, well equipped, and very safe and secure. We had a car to get around, but the on site facilities are about a ten minute walk away. There is also a swimming pool very close to the apartment, though we didn't use this as we visited in January. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book with Lucas again.

The place is even better than the pictures. Everything is fantastic and the girl who looked after us is super helpful and friendly. This place is definitely worth visiting.
