João was a wonderful host. He greeted me personally upon my arrival was very friendly and even purchased a few items. I would need for the next morning since I arrived late in the evening. João’s place was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend his apartment to any future visitors.

Great location if you want to be in nature and no crowds around you. Leen and Sam are very nice and let you go your own way. Nice to see how they are ecologically engaged. We have completely relaxed and from there drove to Amarante. The roads are good to drive on and it is still a barely discovered area. Bed is fine and you only have to take shower, not too long but no problem for us.

Carla is an excellent host and the restored mill is a dream by the river. Transparent water invites you to bathe and have breakfast with your feet in the water. The house is quite comfortable and well decorated. The photos can't capture the beauty of the place! The Caneiro restaurant, a few minutes' walk away, is excellent.
