Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Seneca, SC. Approximately 2.5 miles from Wal-Mart and 2 miles from Waffle House. 9 miles from Clemson football stadium. Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

In October 2022 we started the process of bringing this vintage 1969 caboose back to life. Set back in your own private field with rolling hills as well as cows grazing on green grass. Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
