Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new and beautiful place. We have a large parking lot. We are 20 minutes from Clemson University, 23 minutes from Anderson University, 5 minutes from the public boat entrance (Portman Marina) of beautiful Lake Hartwell. 7 minutes away from English Market and Food Lion. We are 14 minutes from downtown Pendleton, in contract mall, cinema. We are 19 minutes from beautiful downtown Anderson and you will find a variety of restaurants and shops.

Peace of Hart "In-town"

This charming and spacious 2,100 SF home is very accommodating. The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
