En la planta superior se encuentra la habitación, con cama grande (150 cm) y en la planta inferior se encuentra un baño amplio, para la zona de Cudillero, con ducha.

Access is via typical stairs, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Independent entrance, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room/kitchen.
