An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can optimally cater for yourself. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).
