Our guest terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax. The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

Arrive & breathe: lovingly furnished apartment with solid wood furniture in a quiet location in Sereetz directly on the edge of the forest. Wheelchair accessible and ideal for cyclists. Only 12 km to the Baltic Sea and 13 km to Lübeck! Discover Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage), idyllic coastal towns and Holstein Switzerland comfortably by train/bus, car or bicycle. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
