Measuring 67 square meters (721 square feet), it offers ample space for 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our house, with a separate entrance, on a quiet residential street. Our guest terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax. The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
