Super séjour chez Daniela. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Daniela est super arrangeante et nous conseillé de bonnes adresses qu'elle a pu réserver pour nous. Comme dans la plupart des logements en bord de mer de la région, le train passe juste derrière la maison ce qui est pratique pour aller visiter les villages environnants mais cause un peu de pollution sonore.

This worked out perfect for us. The place was conveniently located and was great to be directly on the water. The air conditioning was so helpful, and the beds were really comfortable. The linens were the perfect weight for the temperature. It was great to have a clothes line out on the balcony to hang up or swim stuff. We enjoyed the place very much. As we are just hiking through the area we didn’t really have time to explore the local restaurants or shops but it was easy to access and not at all complicated. Thanks

This beautiful gem is just as described! Luca is a fabulous and communicative host, who quickly addressed any question we had. The room is on the smaller side, but has everything needed. I assume many (like us) are more interested in the patio anyway! It is centrally located to the beach, swimming areas and still had a lot of food options. To note: the bathroom is a little tight, which could pose some difficulties to someone on the larger size. They aren't kidding about the stairs and packing light! Riomaggiore is on a hill, with the town located more towards the top. The beach/where the Airbnb is located is at the bottom. Then you climb some stairs to the Building, and stairs to the room.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir lieber in den schönen Restaurants gleich um die Ecke gegessen haben. Am besten wären aber die beiden Terrassen, der Blick aufs Meer und den Badeplatz, einfach unbeschreiblich. Ein Glas Wein am Abend und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, dabei den Schiffen nachschauen und den Tag ausklingen lassen, herrlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder, wie haben noch viel zu entdecken!

Marcella ist sehr nett, hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und war super hilfreich (nicht persönlich kennengelernt, check in ging problemlos).

The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. Excellent séjour passé dans l appartement d Antonella. Le cadre est idéal et la vue panoramique sur Levanto magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Matteo is an incredible host! He acted as a guide and showed us around the village, pointing out the best places to eat and great walks to get the best views, as well as showing us the beach. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. What a lovely guy! We felt completely spoiled! The house was immaculately clean and has a lovely courtyard that’s very private and comfortable to sit under the orange trees. There were ample beds and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommended!! Gorgeous little village too with excellent food!

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour a Lavagna dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, meublé avec goût, avec du matériel de qualité , spacieux et très confortable. Les gens du quartier où nous résidions étaient très aimables et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite a l'aise. Il y a un boulanger et un traiteur de pâtes fraîches à qq metres de l'appartement qui sont un vrai plus. Alessandro était de bon conseil, très sympathique et répondait rapidement a toutes nos questions, que ce soit a propos du logement ou des activités dans la région. Nous y retournerons assurément.

More or less the same as previous comments, which described very well every aspect of this place. Nice home, clean, comfortable bed, everything in order. Good position to move around on foot, lots of bars, restaurants, and other places around. Valerio is a great host, helpful, available, and with lots of useful advice for places to visit. Not a crowded part of the centre during the night, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, as it could happen that there is traffic around early in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
