Villa vacation rentals in Rapallo

We stayed at Villa Nelly for one month! It was a great decision as a place to stay, both because of the amenities and the space it offered. The villa is spacious and has a nice, private terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast and a glass of wine now and then. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space was really generous. We also had a dishwasher and a washing machine—what a blast! Plus, there was a garage for our car. To get to Rapallo, we mostly took the main road, and it was a 20+ minute walk downhill; to get back, it was about a 35-40 minute walk uphill. But you also have the option of the bus, line 775. For 2 euros, you can visit Rapallo, and the ticket is available for 2 hours, so you can use that line to visit all the cities on the Genoa route or other lines to visit like Santa Margherita. We used the car too, but not so much. The conversation with Riccardo went smoothly, and we really appreciated how responsive he was and the suggestions he gave us for places to eat.

We stayed at the place with 5 adults, a toddler & a dog for 7 days. Communication was completely uncomplicated & reliable. We were warmly greeted at check-in and all our questions were answered. The house is beautifully situated on the slope. Massimo's directions were very helpful. You can also walk from the house to the city or the harbor. However, a car is necessary for luggage or purchases in our eyes. The house is very spacious, has 3 bathrooms and the kitchen is superbly equipped. It was very nice of the hosts that they had provided a basic supply of coffee, which was very accommodating to the caffeine junkies among us. House is fully fenced. Dog and child could let off steam in the garden. We actually spent seven days just on the beautiful terrace. We are very grateful to Massimo and Antonella for their hospitality. We had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place.

We had an amazing time! The view was just breathtaking and we couldn't be more happy about spending our short holidays at Francescos place! He was really kind and always around in case we needed him. We're totally recommending staying at this little, sweet airbnb!

The stay at the villa was wonderful! The best way to get to the accommodation is by car (large parking lot available), the house is located on the hill just above Lavagna. Between numerous olive trees and overlooking the sea, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy! The place was sparkling clean and stylishly furnished, the kitchen is super equipped. The infrastructure and the surroundings look very well maintained. Communication was straightforward and very friendly - whether by chat, phone or on site. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the place!

This place is actually magical. It was super comfortable, with everything you could need and aesthetically beautiful. Our kids had such a lovely time roaming the big house and gardens.

Really lovely villa with a fabulous view and a great garden. We really enjoyed our stay. Idyllic. We had some problems with the lock but the host responded quickly to the problem and fixed it. Everything was great and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The place was very clean. The garden was wonderfully maintained and the neighbors were also very friendly. The pool was clean and the location very idyllic and perfect for hiking. The journey is a bit curvy but feasible. We often grilled and enjoyed the wonderful view. Paolo was always helpful and the check-in and out also worked smoothly. We highly recommend Paolo's house!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! Elisabetta is a remarkable host with a wealth of knowledge about the area! Super responsive and a great communicator. The house is fully equipped with all you need throughout your stay. We all loved the “L'Antico Frantoio”.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Great place to stay on the coast…If you do a little walking exploring and head down hill towards the Zoagli train station there are stairs down to a fantastic walkway right on the water that takes you to the beach and to the Zoagli piazza with restaurants and other shops…The views from the house are fantastic and it’s a quiet and less busy location, yet still close to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino…Outdoor areas are fantastic and your looking right across the sea at Portofino. Definitely worth it. Some stairs, but no problem unless you have issues that prevent you from climbing a stairway.

We had a great time! The villa is high on the hill with endlessly pretty views. The benefit of a terrace outside each bedroom was a lovely addition, each had amazing views to enjoy your morning coffee. The pool area was a perfect space for the whole group, and the large table on the main terrace was perfectly spacious for a big group. There are a great many areas of table and chairs to escape to. The bus runs each hour to and from Rapallo, on the road beneath the house. From Rapallo there are the ferries and trains to many surrounding areas. We also took the steps down into Santa Margherita which takes about 20 minutes. Overall the location is very much easy enough to reach with public transport and a nice escape for large groups. The Villa itself was a lovely space to spend the day and night in and was clean. Thank you!

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

This villa is a dream! It feels like stepping into a paradise you never want to leave. The view completely stole our hearts, and the aesthetics of the house captivated us with its beautiful design. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a bathroom and toilet next to each bedroom - everything was convenient, cozy, and stunning. A special thank to the host for the local restaurant recommendations and the flexibility with check-in and check-out. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return. The only thing I didn’t like was the dust in the house and the outdoor furniture, which was completely dirty. Perhaps we were the first guests after the winter season, but we had to find cloths and clean the table and chairs on the terrace ourselves.

Wonderful place to stay with family or friends. Incredibly good, friendly and radiant host! Very good location, with convenient public transport, peace, quiet, sea view, cleanliness. I recommend! It's worth it!

We stayed in the relaxing house for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is just like in the photos, cared for in every detail and supplied like an inhabited house, nothing is missing. The pool is very useful as well as the outdoor shower with hot water. The garden is very large and fenced for the joy of our dog. There is no shortage of deck chairs, armchairs and hammocks. The mosquito nets in every room were much appreciated. Daniele and Emanuela welcomed us in a friendly manner, showing us the house and giving us tips about the area and the farmhouses where we ate very well! Very responsive to any of our requests. The neighbors are also very nice and really helpful. We had a very good time, recommended for exploring the valley but also simply for relaxing!! The road to get there is definitely narrow and winding but not busy so it's not a problem. In short, a more than positive assessment! Thanks again for everything

Beautiful apartment with large garden and private pool. Perfect for 4 persons. There are several apartments throughout the house, but you wouldn't know. No one can be in your garden. Everything clean and beautiful. Location on top of the mountain beautiful but complicated to leave and arrive, steep roads. This was already clear to us from the reviews and applies to the whole mountain. The sea view makes up for everything! What a lovely area too. Camogli is picturesque. Communication via the app was pleasant and fast, not with "Valentina" but different names, company account I think

Fabio and his family were amazing hosts, he was very responsive and helpful. The place was perfectly clean and well equipped, the pool and view are just stunning. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place! This house has a soul! Tastefully furnished with antiques and great to find coffee, tea, spices. It has everything you need. It’s a pity we were on the way home and only stayed for a night. I would love to come back when it’s warm and be able to sit on the terrace that overlooks the town and the bay.
