The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. The well known Aquarium and Old Port (Porto Antico) can be reached by foot in ten minutes walking through the historic centre or down the characteristic paved streets of Via San Lorenzo. This beautiful area of Genoa boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops and much more. Delightful boat trips are available from the Old port (Porto Antico) to the renowned towns of Camogli, Portofino and the beautiful Cinque Terre.

The position it's perfect for sea activities but also for country ones (National Park of Portofino it's far two steps from the house). Above all it's 10-15 minutes far from Santa Margherita Ligure town, Camogli and Portofino; distance between the house and Genoa town: 30 kilometres (about 18 miles). The house furnishings is complete for all the spaces. The habitable terrace has chairs and a table. The garden with seascape has beach chairs to enjoy the panorama, completely surrounded by the tipical colours of our Ligurian country. Comfortable bus-stop at 100 metres, restaurants, pharmacy, market and news paper shop at 1.2 kilometres (about 0.7 miles). The panorama 'hugs' from the Golfo of Tigullio with the Portofino hills to the 5 Terre, comfortable reachable by ferry or train, departures from Santa Margherita Ligure. So thanks to its relaxing and smart position you can do all the activities staying near the apartment! Minimum period 3 nights.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Even the three extra places to sleep (sofa beds) in the structure are equipped with Extra Confort Memory Mattress. On request you could use the sofa beds and with no additional costs you can have a cot / bed with net, changing table, high chair, set of dishes and cutlery. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV with which you can watch your Netflix channels etc. or make monitors to work with your laptop. The apartment is in a very old building and is very cool in summer, each room has a window with mosquito net and fans. In the apartment there is a walled-in digital safe for storing documents, cash and small items.

Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese building, you will find this small and refined attic, completely renovated and finely furnished, with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino, which is just 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, WITH 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS THAT ARE A LITTLE TIRING, plus an internal elevator, but the view is unique and makes up for it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES both for the staircase and for the small space of the attic.
