This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The host had everything that you could possibly need plus some things that I didn’t expect (international plugs). She was fast to answer questions and friendly.

The house itself was very private, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. I even got to see a horse grazing right in front of the house, which added to the charm. The host was fantastic, very responsive and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed during my stay. Communication was fast and easy, which made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a private getaway with great scenery and an excellent host!

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was toasty warm with lovely outlooks and space yo relax while still feeling part of the beautiful scenery. The house was well equipped. The host was very responsive when we needed some help to work the hot tub.

The accommodation was very big and nice because it was used by two people. The response speed was always fast and friendly The kitchen was spacious, so it was easy to cook. There was a washer and dryer, so it was very convenient. If I come back to Iceland, I will definitely stay there

This place is an absolute gem! We spent thoroughly enjoyed this secluded home. The hot tub was perfect for enjoying an evening outside. The wood burning stove kept us warm and cozy. Everything was wonderful.

Lovely place in amazing surroundings. Really special place to relax, and incredible views. One of the favourite airbnb stays. They have made this house a lovely space off the main track. If you come in the winter do bring a 4x4 as it’s at the top of an incline.

Enjoy your stay in this cabin in the snow

Lovely cottage with amazing views. Cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for. Comfy beds and couch. Loved the covered hot tub - we had windy/rainy evenings, so it was nice to soak while having some weather protection! There is a large windowed sliding door you can open as well to let in cool air in. Host was friendly and communicative, check-in and check-out were very easy. Other pros - there’s a cute restaurant onsite, and we didn’t use them, but also laundry facilities. We’d definitely stay again!

Great place with lovely views

We spent three nights in a very nice accommodation close to many sites. It is very well equipped, quiet and we were able to see the northern lights from the sofa through the living room windows. We highly recommend this accommodation! Thank you for the hospitality and ideas for nearby visits!

Burma’s beautiful home is ideal for anyone who wants two bathrooms (hard to find in Iceland) and plenty of space. It’s in a quaint small town very close to the Golden Circle and not far from Selfoss, which has more substantial amenities. Easy drive to Gullfoss and Geysir, and a small grocery is within walking distance of the house. The views from the sunroom are beautiful. The kitchen is modern, functional, and spacious. The outdoor area, including the hot tub, is wonderful in the evening. The nearby restaurants, including those in Reykholt, are wonderful! We highly recommend this place for people who want extra space and don’t want to stay in the busy capital city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The place felt remote but was near enough to Selfoss to make grocery shopping and eating out very convenient. The house was immaculate, very well equipped, and exactly as described. We were able to watch the northern lights from the beautiful deck and we were able to interact with the sweet horses on our way to and from the property. Edda was very communicative and explained everything very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning view. A classic A-frame cabin. Soooo quiet and peaceful. Peaceful. Easy to walk to the restaurant and if you choose, walk to the little communities nearby, including farms and the local church. It's a cabin in the golden circle. Don't be a jerk. Appreciate. We are all lucky to experience this. And if you ask a question, Jake ANSWERS you almost immediately. But really... the porch overlooking the valley... and the AMAZING outdoor shower with hot water from the local geothermal station. SHUT UP if you don't appreciate how special this is. Therapeutic. Ahhhhhhhh. We stayed up late and saw the northern lights. Doesn't get better for peace and authentic. Thanks Jake!!!! 😁

he is the best host you can find in iceland, he made our life super easy and the house is amazing

Our stay at the cabin was incredible. We immediately felt at home in this warm and cozy oasis. The hot tub was the perfect temperature after a day of exploring Iceland. This place is perfect for families. The game cabinet was huge and entertained the whole family during a quiet day at the cabin. Stefan sent all the instructions for check in/out and getting to the cabin ahead of time. We had no trouble finding it. Thank you for such a perfect home base on our Icelandic adventure!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice—the landscape and surroundings are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere is unmatched. Comfortable cottage and very easy check-in. Nice location and the complimentary vegetables were very appreciated. At the entrance you can even buy some of their fresh products on your own. Recommended.

We so enjoyed our stay here. It was incredible to wake up and look out the window to be surrounded by mountains. Could not have asked for a better place to spend the majority of our trip.

Everything was in order, quick and flexible place to stay. Hiking, geyser and waterfalls are close by
