Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rancho Santa Fe

Can't recommend Danny's place enough! The place is small but designed very thoughtfully so that you've got plenty of counterspace and room for storage. Other highlights would be that the bathroom/shower is unexpectedly spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also, an underrated pro for Airbnb in my opinion: everything (from check-in to how to open up/arrange the murphy bed, etc) was very clearly described in the app or in a binder within the Airbnb...meaning, there was no extra back-and-forth with Danny because everything was so smooth and straightforward! 10/10.

Lina’s place was perfect. It was clean, nicely remodeled and stocked with cooking necessities. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is great - it is about a 5 minute drive to some good restaurants. Close to UCSD, beaches, La jolla… We were hoping to stay again in September when we return to get our son moved into housing for college, but it is already booked for that week! Thank you Lina!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Garden House. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and set on a peaceful, charming property—you’re really surrounded by the kind of natural beauty that instantly puts you at ease. What made our stay even more memorable was the kindness and warmth of our host, Inga, and her lovely family. They were so welcoming and helpful, and their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that’s hard to find. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to the next time we can return!

Lynn’s place was perfect. Cute little cottage with an AMAZING unobstructed ocean view. Very relaxing and lots of comfortable deck space to be outside. Lynn was great. I messaged her and asked if they had binoculars. That night Amazon delivered binoculars which were a great addition! Kit and Tyler were very fun and friendly hosts. Made us feel like they were long time neighbors while being unobtrusive. We stay in Encinitas every year and we will definitely look to return to this home.

Dan & Britt’s place was absolutely amazing the house was beautifully decorated, very clean and organized, and spacious with lots of natural sunlight coming from the windows. The backyard was the perfect hangout spot for our Family we enjoyed playing Corn hole, relaxing by the Fire pit in the evenings and also had a TV and built in grill. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and quiet at night. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle free Airbnb experience.

Emily’s home was an absolute dream.. when I walked in, I immediately felt that I was in a place I didn’t want to leave. If you value family time, cooking in the kitchen (great cookware & supplies), and making memories- this is the place to be. The location is steps away from anything you would want or need & the walk is a beautiful stroll through the area. The views from the front patio are breathtaking. Emily was so friendly, proactive & genuine as a host. If you are leaning on a couple of rentals, do not look any further. This is a GEM.

Keri's place is a great little respite and quiet location within a short drive from the beach. She is a great host with good communication and some nice touches when you arrive. Stayed at many places. Top notch.

Mimi's Del Mar beach apartment was perfect! It was well appointed, clean and had everything a person required. The location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach and downtown Del Mar, which offers many great restaurants and shops. Mimi was a great host, with timely and proactive communication. We will definitely return.

Such a great place! I’ve stayed in a fair few good airbnbs, but this one really stood out. The location is great and the home was absolutely pristine, but what I really appreciated was that everything the house was stocked with was superior quality. I’ve never stayed in a place that did the small things so well - the pans were great, the appliances were great, the towels, the bed linens, they even had a full set of glass Tupperware and a water filter in the fridge.

Karin and Cliff are amazing hosts—kind, responsive, and full of helpful tips that made my stay even better. They truly made me feel at home, which I really appreciated. Their studio is absolutely perfect. The bed is super comfortable, and they’ve thought of everything you might need—from a coffee machine and sun cream to soft towels, bikes, and beach chairs. I especially loved the quiet little garden—it’s such a peaceful place to unwind and watch the hummingbirds. In short: if you’re planning a trip to the Encinitas area, stay at Karin and Cliff’s place. You won’t regret it!

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

What a beautiful place!!!! Perfect space to relax and enjoy Encinitas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker with everything needed: coffee grounds, creamer, sweetener! We were welcomed with breezy air and beautiful decor. Even the amenities in the shower were awesome and I loved the soft luxury of the towels. We will definitely return to enjoy the blessings of Cardiff Paradise!

We had a blast in Carlsbad! This was the perfect location - super easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. I loved that it had a kitchen so we could cook if we wanted, AC and a parking spot. It can be hard to find all of those along with the location and a good price. The decor and design was also super cute. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this place! The mattress was so comfortable, I literally took the sheets off to see what brand it was. It was nice to have beach stuff ready to borrow for our stay and we loved sitting out on the front porch to eat and watch the waves.

Absolutely loved this visit! Brought my parents and we all loved it. Can see the beach from the room, parents slept on the bed and I had the pull out couch! Super responsive hosts, helped me when I asked for 2 parking passes for my parents, helped me upon arrival, great communication, thank you! Loved the clear instructions. Highly recommend and would visit again!

Beautiful condo! The ocean view was stunning even in the midst of some serious June gloom. We spent the majority of the weekend on the patio for the views, (specifically the trains for my toddlers!) and the patio furniture was nice and comfortable. Bedding was great, place was super clean and modern. Highly recommend!

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

We had an amazing stay here!! Beautiful ocean views, the most wonderful beach nearby in walking distance, and the home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect and felt so luxurious. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful to have so many towels as we would go to the beach twice a day or more!! We didn’t get to use the pool because we were so busy, but what an added plus to have as an option! The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of spare linens/blankets if needed. The AC was so nice! Bathrooms were stocked and spotless! It was our first time staying somewhere with a washer/dryer in the unit, and now I can’t imagine ever staying somewhere without one!! Getting into the Airbnb and parking in the garage was so easy, and we appreciated Anne checking in on us. This is our favorite Airbnb that we have ever stayed at in California, and we hope to be back soon :) we were so impressed!!

First we would stay here again. Location is centrally located to everything (beaches, restaurants, golfing, shopping). The condo is fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfy. Host Julie was always very responsive, knowledgeable and flexible.
