Absolutely stunning location - literally a stone's throw from front door to one a the nicest little beaches in Donegal. The cottage had everything we needed and was surprisingly spacious & easily cleaned. The fact that everything in the house, including heating, is controlled by Alexa is really handy. The whole family had a great time and we will definitely be back in the future.

Alan’s place was a great find. A real home from home. Walkable into Dunfanaghy town. Great amenities. Alan gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and bars in the local area.

We had a wonderful time in the Garden Nook. From the very beginning we felt welcomed. Dee is an excellent communicator and left clear instructions for our arrival. When we unlocked the cottage door, we were delighted to open it into the well equipped and beautifully designed kitchen. Every aspect of this house is well appointed. There is a great sense of space and the rooms flow calmly. The furniture is excellent quality and there is a sense of clever and practical layout. Gathering around the solid wood dining table we were immediately stuck by the beauty of the garden with spring flowers and a pretty white blossom tree in bloom. The large patio windows face towards the lake, the very best views of which are available from the upstairs bedroom when every morning I delighted in watching the swans. The place was well equipped with speakers, games, TVs and books. Dee was so kind and left a lovely card, bottle of wine and a delivery of Easter eggs for our kids. Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing time at Jude and Chris’s place. It is a great location with amazing beaches within a short drive and a smaller beach 10min walk away. The place had everything we needed and it felt really welcoming.
