The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Our 82m² modern, light-flooded attic flat is located between Karl Preis Platz underground station and Innsbrucker Ring, adjacent to Haidhausen, centrally located with excellent connections and yet very quiet with a view of the greenery and old Ramersdorf. U5 and U2 are within 5 minutes walking distance. From the roof terrace with south-west orientation you can enjoy the sun all day until sunset. In the morning, you can experience the sunrise with a cappuccino at the kitchen counter.

Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.
