Townhome vacation rentals in Ramersdorf-Perlach

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is really cute and Kati and Stephan are super friendly and open-minded. We did not get in the way of using the bathroom or kitchen. There is also a second toilet, which I find very convenient. And the key box made us flexible in our daily planning . We were very happy about the stay and would choose the accommodation again.

I stayed at Barbara and Rudi for 5 months, and they were wonderful hosts. They were very respectful towards me and remarkably kept my privacy. Barbara is very thoughtful and kind. She made me feel welcome and helped me with every request. The only downside about the studio apartment is the lack of a sink in the kitchen. Nevertheless, Barabra was happy to wash the dishes for me. It is very recommended if you're looking for a pleasant home in Erding

I felt very comfortable at Christel’s home. The windows look out onto a garden and the house is away from the road, so very little sound. The train is a few minutes away and very easy to get around the city. You couldn’t do better for a quiet place to stay.

Felt like home! Vijay and his wife are very friendly people and the house is impecable. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place to stay. Carols daughter Petra was extremely welcoming and gave some great recommendations. Although the decor is tastefully dated you had everything you need and loads of space, the river was just amazing too.

Had a very nice stay at Christian's place. The room and bathroom were as described and Christian offered his bike for me to do what I was up to. Very nice and calm neighborhood. By bike, it took me 15min to get to Messe München and 50min to get to Marienplatz. To Messe München you can also do a 1h plan walk through a beautiful green landscape (old München airport terrains). If I'm back alone in Munich for Bauma 2028, I will definetly looks again for Christian's place!

Annette was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. It was wonderful to be able to call her home outs for the week. Nothing was a problem & she was helpful with suggestions & even did a load of washing for us. We can’t recommend her enough.

Nice place to stay while I attended a trade fair. Easy public transportation and close places to get food.

I only wanted to book at short notice because of possible bad weather, as I am arriving by car - Elisabeth responded to my request immediately. I stayed with her for the second time and am extremely satisfied. She is accommodating, the arrangements are clear, she is open and personally committed. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared. I'd love to be her guest again.

Ursula and Klaus are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating with regards to the ever-changing, nebulous schedule I presented them with (I really do apologize, sorry). Parking was a bit tricky, but I was given clear instructions and ultimately had no issues, Ursula and Klaus will definitely make sure you're able to find a spot :) What you see in the booking details give a good idea of what it is like in person. It was quite a valuable find! It is a very nice area with a bike path nearby that I walked along a few times, also very nice.

Manuela was very nice, friendly and accommodating. She even made it possible for us to enter the accommodation before the actual check-in time. The property itself is pleasantly quiet and the window of the room faces the garden. The value for money is very good and the Airbnb is definitely recommended!

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

Wonderful stay. So comfortable, clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the burger restaurant nearby too!

Super pleasant stay. Chris was super nice and the check-in went smoothly even after spontaneous changes. I'd love to come back :)

Kerstin is very nice. She welcomes you to her home. The apartment is really great with its balcony. There is everything you need nearby to stay on Kirchheim and the bus to Munich is a 2-minute walk away which takes you directly to the metro in Messestadt/ICM if you are coming for a trade show. We'll be back!

Very available and very nice host; I had a great stay and thank you for your help despite the language barrier, which was difficult for me.
