Was in Munich for business and enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks.

Uli was a fantastic host - very responsive and proactive to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was easily big enough for the eight people in our group and the furnishings were very comfortable and homey. The location is perfect. We took the train to Munich, which was convenient, and we drove to Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Oberammergau, and several other locations - all within about an hour of the house. I will 100% stay here again when we return to this area.

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

We had a wonderful break at Nicole's place. Perfect to escape the ordinary. Everything was right here, from the amenities to the room scent - just perfect! ☺️ We especially loved the quiet location and our highlight was definitely the sauna. We'll be back 🥳

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Were there for the third time. Furthermore, everything is great! Especially in rainy weather, as this year partly, a great place to stay and feel comfortable.

We had, together with the family (which was accommodated in the large apartment next door), spent a nice Easter weekend at Agnes's place. Of course, the highlights were the goats, the donkeys and the dog as well as the trampoline outside for the younger guests. Check-in was uncomplicated, the surroundings great. The apartment itself looks as described. Personally, it would probably be a bit too tight for me for a longer stay, especially if you want to be active in the kitchen yourself. Since we are always over in the big apartment for this, that was no problem. Agnes + family are very warm hosts and we can recommend a stay.

Beautiful quiet location. Quite a hot tub Very nice landlords. Towels were even exchanged, toilet paper and liquid soap were also provided. However, the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped: no salad cutlery, scoop, exactly counted spoons, hardly any pots/pans and poor quality. If you don't want to cook, you don't have the problem

Good morning, congratulations to Axel & Katrin for their accommodation, exactly as described, completely renovated and with new furnishings. We used it for a business stay, but the location is very convenient for visiting Munich and its surroundings. I highly recommend it.

The place is really very nice and we had a great time. Large and cozy house in a very large and well-maintained green space. It was no problem to arrive late in the evening and leave in the morning at our leisure. Very kind and helpful host. Thank you for everything!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Due to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane welcomed us very warmly and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

Great accommodation, I will stay again if I have the chance next time

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was very good, being able to cycle. Surroundings are beautiful, nice and quiet. Been to the end of our holiday to Adele's concert in Munich. In short, enough to enjoy yourself now that we are back at home.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with Heike and Sven, who shine through excellent communication. Unfortunately, we were only on site for a weekend, were welcomed at the foot of the mountain and were able to let our luggage go up while we took the small ascent. On site you really have a wonderful view that we couldn't get enough of. There is electricity and running water, albeit sparse, but perfect for the area as it definitely slows down. Beds were cozy and in the kitchen you had everything you needed. A clear recommendation and we will be happy to come back. Thanks Heike and Sven :)

We were passing through as a fanie with a three-year-old child and it has been completely sufficient and adventurous, you don't always sleep in a barrel. There was enough space to sleep, it was heated (we were there in April), the sanitary facilities are also very close, the sleep was also quiet, as it was in a rural industrial area and adjacent to a field. It was fun, thank you!
