Great spot. Easy to get to places. Comfortable. Great backyard + pool. We had a good time, zero complaints here. We are a family of 3 and found everything convenient.

The hosts were extremely accommodating. We had a few inquiries that they quickly responded to. We even ran into an issue while at the house with the AC not working properly and they quickly had someone to come fix this. The backyard is really spacious and my dog loved running around! We had 7 people total, a bit tight for the inside living room, but the big yard/deck and beautiful weather helped alleviate this! Overall great stay and would definitely come back given what great hosts we had!

Great vacation…the house and pool were very enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was always heated, the host was always responsive and the area was close to some great restaurants and beaches. Thanks again

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

Joanne was lovely to communicate with. The house was perfect for our needs: it had an ideal location and a nice beach cottage feel. Everyone in our family of five enjoyed being there.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. Bridget, (the hostess with the mostest!) We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely air bnb, it was perfect for our needs enabling us to be near family and friends yet have the quiet down time that was much needed. Being back in the old neighborhood was a super plus too, still a lovely area with local stores and restaurants and so many places to see and explore around town. Very beautiful cozy cottage - exactly as described! Tricia was an excellent host, extremely responsive, and we had a fantastic stay!

Superb studio. Everything you need/nothing you don't. House/apt is on a residential road but close to a busy State road thoroughfare, so occasionally a tad noisy but not intrusively so. Would definitely stay again.

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We had a great time at Adam’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to Sag Harbor, which made it super convenient.

We had a great stay! Instructions were clear and the home had everything we needed.
