Very large house in a very quiet and private residential complex, a short walk from Palencia. From the kitchen and living room you can see and access the garden, which is great for spending time outside and if you go with children, as was our case. Monica was very friendly and always attentive.

We spent a weekend with friends and it was a very pleasant stay. The house is true to the listing photos, and is clean and comfortable. You have everything you need for your stay. The patio area and pool are great. Quiet street with no problems for parking, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Very attentive hosts and recommended activities to do nearby.

Ana is a spectacular host, making sure we don't miss anything. We stayed a weekend in the village, being able to do several activities, routes around... Very well connected to Valladolid. If you are looking for tranquility it is a perfect place. I would definitely repeat.

We went two couples of friends with children and the stay was fantastic! The house is very clean, super equipped and everything is very new. We really enjoyed the terrace and pool. The village is very quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly, it has served us to disconnect and the children have felt free, it is ideal for families. If we can fit it, we'll do it again! Pilar was lovely, kind and attentive from the first moment we booked the cottage. The place was spotless and is an excellent and cozy home to spend a few days as a couple, with family or friends. Pilar is a fantastic host who recommends places to visit or plans you can make in the area. We order a mildew on the recommendation of Pilar and it was exquisite. Also Tubilla del Lago is a village with charming people. We had a lovely weekend with friends!

Encantados, we went with the family to have a good night, and it was very nice, the house clean and tidy and very cozy, it is a quiet and perfect house to give you a break from the city, also highlight the very good treatment from the owner and his daughter, who attended to us and solved any questions that arose, perfect for sleeping 7-8 people!

The house is newly renovated,ñ, with all kinds of equipment (both in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and is located in a perfect place to visit the Ribera del Duero. Eva is also a super attentive person who helps as much as possible. I will definitely be back!!

We have spent some fantastic days in the cottage, we have not missed any service and the owner has been attentive at all times that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

This is such an amazing and unique property. Four bedrooms and four connected bathrooms on the top level. A beautiful kitchen and living room, and another bathroom, on the lower level. The lower level leads into a beautiful and very large garden with a sauna and barbecue. If you like rustic, you will enjoy this house, but it also has all of the modern appliances and treatments that you would expect. And amazing quiet location, but just a few minutes away from some of the regions best wineries. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to the area.

David and his wife welcomed us very warmly, and it was very easy to communicate with them at all times for any questions or help we needed

The house is super well, the bathrooms are new, the rooms are very large, sheets, blankets, duvets, toayas at disposal and also change, the mattresses are very comfortable, this is great. For putting some pega, I would say that there is little utensils, something scarce in dishes, because there are more glasses in the living room, but I already say that it is by saying something that I thought was scarce if they go 6 or 8 people, we were only three and we arranged very well if more than anything else is in case more people go. Overall the house is perfect. El host majisimo.

José Luis' house is a few minutes from downtown Valladolid. Upon our arrival the house was impeccable, with water and coffee to regain strength after the trip. It is a house as seen in the photos, very comfortable and with all the utensils needed for cooking. Communication with José Luis from the first moment was very quick and cordial, he was very attentive to make sure we were well and comfortable in his home, he is a 10-star host! When we return to Valladolid we will no doubt repeat.

The accommodation was amazing, absolutely clean, comfortable, we went with children and they had many board games, the house was detailed and we did not get cold, a ten-star house

We stayed one night to cut off our trip and we took advantage of this stop to visit Burgos very beautiful city

This is a perfect spot just off the camino, but in reach of Burgos and surrounding area. The house is charming, we had a big group and felt like we had good space. Loved every room having its own bathroom, and the beds were super comfy. Everything was very clean and clearly well taken care of. Carlos and his dad were so friendly, and super helpful.
