The house is beautiful and exactly as it is in the photos. Super cozy and spacious with a lovely lake view. The location is amazing, 20 min from the cathedral hill and the civic center of Bariloche. There are several beautiful restaurants very close by that avoid the muvuca and the lines of the center. In addition, the house has two indoor barbecues (one gas and one charcoal) that are great for colder days. We had small setbacks with the house's heating and hot water system that were promptly resolved. The host is very attentive and is always willing to help with. It was an amazing stay and I hope to come back more often. Super recommend!

This is an exceptional apartment—nice, comfortable, peaceful, and very well equipped. It is ideally located within walking distance of the lake, grocery stores, a supermarket (a little bit further away but easily reachable by foot), restaurants, and public transportation, which is convenient if you don't have a car (as I did not) and want to explore further. For me, it felt like a home away from home during my five-week stay, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend it!

We had a great family stay. The place is beautiful, very spacious, with amenities for our young son. Everything offered in the listing was fully complied with. Francisco is very friendly, accessible and quick to respond. Very clear instructions, no room for confusion. An excellent alternative for a restful break.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. Daniel excellent host . He responds quickly and I help us with restaurant facts that were open in Easter. The Depto is cozy and well decorated, clean and tidy. He describes it perfectly . It is well located and also the condominium has a cafeteria that is quite good .

We loved being in Carolina's apartment, very clean, tidy and with all the necessary amenities, it's easy to get to and quite central to get to know Bariloche

We had a wonderful time staying at Ashley's condo. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular, and at the same time it is walkable to the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

Excellent location, supermarket 1 block away. Vans that go to Puerto Montt, Ensenada, Petrohue, all 1-2 blocks away. Currency exchange offices, shops. The apartment is excellent! Highly recommended.
