Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Accessed via a private staircase, an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room ( dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level, are available. There are many cozy places to relax in the 2000m2 fully fenced garden. From May to October you can use the pool,which is heated by solar collectors.
