Fantastic apartment with an amazing patio overlooking Siena. Would love to live in it! Cute view from the kitchen. Slight tobacco smell, in case that bothers guests, but highly recommend.

Greeting was excellent. The apartment was better than expected. A bit off the beaten track but definitely value for money.

Even though we had early check-in, Mrs. Francesca immediately made herself available. As soon as we arrived, we were overwhelmed by your friendliness. As soon as I took the keys we entered and found welcome chocolates, remade bed and clean towels. The in-room blades and air conditioning contributed to a quiet sleep. We had a great time.

Super happy night, the whole family is very satisfied ~ slept very well!After getting up in the morning, the breakfast at the door with a view was impressive ~ Anyway, highly recommended!

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. The house where we stayed was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Everything is clean and cozy. Mirko also left us wood to light the fireplace, it was very pleasant. Immediate and efficient communication. Convenient location. Recommended!

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Simone was a fantastic person, she welcomed us with a fantastic welcome bottle to say the least, with cookies, fruit juices and brioche for breakfast, fragrant and very clean sheets. His house is a wonder, with attention to detail, very clean and available with everything you need to spend long periods. It has a wonderful garden where those of us who travel with our four-legged friends have a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back to visit you soon, thanks again for making us feel at home.

Ideal place to shine in the center of Tuscany. The small terrace is very nice for aperitifs in the evening when like us , we have the pleasure of having good weather in March. Thanks to Filippo's advice, we avoided traffic errors ( like taking the train to Pisa while thanks to Filippo's advice we went by car and found parking (a little expensive but so convenient) close to the tower and monuments ( 6mn walk) . Same for the train station for Florence less than 20 minutes from the apartment. Plus some nice restaurant surprises ( a little expensive for some) but a very interesting value for money for this tourist area. Funny note for the Var Gambassi Terme is twinned with the Croix Valmer. Great place, we would definitely recommend it.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The accommodation is really very nice, clean, well-kept and with all the necessities you need. It is close to the center, with escalators it is about a 6-minute walk. Parking in front of the house is a bit busy but there is another parking lot next door, you can find a place to park. Francesco is a very kind and helpful person! Perfect for families or couples. I highly recommend it!

Francesca was very helpful and gave us very good tips on excursions and things to do in the area! House or accommodation was very cozy and we felt very comfortable! The only drawback was the bed with the mattress. The bed squeaked terribly and the shared mattress was very direct when someone turned! Good thing there was a sofa!

The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained, with all the comforts you need. 5 minutes by car from the waterfront and the area of the main bars/restaurants and attractions of Porto Santo Stefano. The owner, Simona, is always very helpful and available for any need.

We had an amazing week at Arianna's apartment. Great area and close to everything, nice apartment and fantastic terrace! Arianna is very nice, always responded quickly and gave us several great tips on restaurants, places to visit and nice beaches. We hope to be able to come back soon!
