5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the complex itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. We were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena from here, and here Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Rosy was a super nice hostess. She responded to messages super quickly & was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need & was clean. Hot water was super fast and constantly available. The apartment was easy to find and quite quiet in the house. The location is in the village and therefore of course the everyday street noise & Co. is present. Due to surrounding shops, it is not always possible to find a parking space right in front of the house. Alternatives available nearby. We'll be back.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you go to the island of Elba, it is a place to recommend, because it makes the visit better. Nestled in a closed valley above Barbarossa beach, just outside Porto Azzurro, the house is carefully designed. It is in the middle of the vineyards on one side and on the other you can see the blue sea. Behind it, there are hills that close the valley. Well-kept garden with areas where you can also entertain with two large views. The interiors of the house are new and composed with essential and modern lines. The bathroom has a window. There is everything in the house and everything is new. The host is then responsive and in a few seconds solves any request. Really a nice place to stay on an island full of greenery and with the blue sea of Elba.

We had a lovely time with delicious food and very friendly hosts. The location was beautiful and the time very relaxing. Thank you :)

We had a lovely three nights at Barbara’s apartment. Poggio is a very cute village, and we are very glad we chose to stay there. The square out the front of the apartment is very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out the front with our morning coffees, being greeted by the neighbourhood cat, Miu!

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
