The accommodation is well cared for and very bright consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a large living room overlooking the port, capturing wonderful sunsets over the sea every evening. The strategic area offers a wide choice of clubs, restaurants and shops. It is also possible to reach the pretty beach of the port comfortably on foot, while the large beaches are 5 minutes from the port.

My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Pendolino Apartment - Borgo Le Moraiole

Among the rolling hills of Massa Marittima, near the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Maremma, is Borgo Le Moraiole, consisting of a stone farmhouse around which small independent cottages are gathered, including the Pendolino apartment, consisting of a single room with a kitchenette and a double bed, and a full bathroom with a large shower. It is bright, finely furnished with custom-designed furniture and panoramic view on the hills.
