Beachfront vacation rentals in Punta Ala

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. Communication was also great and Marianna always responded quickly.

Rosella’s place was as stated in her description. The views from your door and your area are stunning to say the least. It is totally private and quiet. Rossella was so kind, helpful, and available for any questions. We will definitely be back to see Rosella!

We had a wonderful time. Amazing place for everyone who loves nature and a place to relax. Beautiful and wild beach close by - we have it high on our list for future holidays!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Great location and welcome

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

A very special place that we were now able to enjoy for the second time. Peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings of the property with the great view of the sea guaranteed! There were four of us again as a family with two adult children and cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Loredana is a very good host who welcomed us in a friendly way even when we arrived at night after a car breakdown. Thank you for everything, Loredana! We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I had a wonderful time at Sara's place! The place was not only super clean and cozy, but also had that certain something. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying. A very special highlight was Sara's two dogs – incredibly friendly and lovable, they made the stay even more beautiful.

The apartment met all expectations. The guest reviews were also helpful, we knew beforehand that the owners live in the same house. It didn't bother at all, the Nicola and Antonia are super friendly, helpful. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished. The swimming pool was super well maintained. The only thing that would have been missing at + 32 degrees would be an air conditioner, but with the fan we were also able to sleep very well. The surroundings are very varied, but you always have to use the car. We filled up like at home, would love to come back. Thank you very much!!!

We immediately liked the accommodation – it is beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail and a great aesthetic style. The view directly onto the sea was simply fantastic and gave the apartment a very special flair. Absolute recommendation!

Serena and Alessandro were very kind in anticipating the check-in, despite having scheduled it later. They were also very helpful in pointing out places to visit and restaurants where you can eat some typical dishes. The apartment is very welcoming, clean and spacious, located in the heart of San Vincenzo. Located really a few steps from the sea and the main street full of clubs, where you can walk and experience a new place every day.

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

It costs us a pco find it since there is a condominium the same next door . But then everything was very good .

As soon as we arrived at Carlo's accommodation, we immediately had the feeling that our vacation would be special: the location and the house itself are wonderful, the large park (all fenced, perfect for those like us who had children and dogs) that surrounds you with incredible peace, the large spaces of the house are precious when there are so many, everyone has their own privacy. Carlo is an exceptional host, prepared and welcoming. He helped us with all our requests! (and there were many:) a special thanks to Grazia who makes you find an impeccable house, beds and towels arranged as in the best hotels, the house smells clean until the last day, this is synonymous with attention to detail that is often not found elsewhere. this accommodation gets into your heart, it was also special for our dogs, a huge park where you can play and run safely. starting again was really tiring!

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

The stay was very nice. The apartment is in a great location. Small but very modern and nice apartment. Everything you need is available. Great with the harbor at your doorstep.
