We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Incredibly tranquil, set in the Italian countryside. The property had everything we needed. Ana was also very responsive whenever we needed anything.

After spending a month at Casa Marcella we definitely left a little piece of our hearts behind. The space is bright and spacious and was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect for hiking, and visiting other areas in Tuscany. Letizia and he son Pietro are warm, helpful and so very kind. If you are looking for a home away from home, I would highly recommend Casa Marcella.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

Carlotta was always available for every little thing, the accommodation is very comfortable, 3 steps from the sea and all amenities.

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment. Everything is very nice and very clean. Hosts are super accommodating and available. The ideal place from which to shine in Tuscany.

We stayed at Serena and Giulio's at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well cut, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room you can step directly onto a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and sun position, you will find a good place at any time - sun, partial shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to move, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to break away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and nice places on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

We stayed with Susanna from April 23 to 27 and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and was helpful in giving us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with a sea view. Our little dogs were also able to run around freely in the garden because it was entirely fenced and safe. Beautiful place and the setting is amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be a stone’s throw from all the major Tuscany villages and main cities with the Tuscany touch. Whatever you do or go. Take at least two days to enjoy this wonderful escape in a villa in the forest. You can hear the trees and birds comfort your soul.

We enjoyed staying in Maria's apartment very much. It is located above Pitigliano with a great terrace with stunning views over the entire area. Maria is a very friendly and helpful host, we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home. Extremely clean. Riccardo was extremely responsive and made our check in process very easy. Definitely would stay again!

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Eleonora was always available and even if we didn't meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes' walk you are in the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.
