Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. The enthusiastic and laudatory comments of other guests are consistent with what we experienced. Unfortunately, we couldn't be greeted by Giada but the instructions were clear. We were on the ground floor when we wanted three bedrooms. We don't regret it. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully arranged. It was really clean and very comfortable. The little extras in this hot weather are the presence of air conditioning and access to the outdoors. Recommended.

We had a great week in Paola and Stefano's apartment. The location is perfect, few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach, bakery and supermarket. The private part of the garden with shade is fantastic. Paola and Stefano are very friendly, were always available and responded immediately to a technical problem. The apartment is very well equipped, the space for 5 is sufficient, but very hot in August (the air conditioning costs as well as the bed linen and towels extra). Definitely clear Elba recommendation!

This is a beautiful villa! We enjoyed the easy trip into Florence each day and even happened upon a Renaissance Festival in San Casciano. We came home each night to soak in the Tuscan scenery and relax at the villa. It was a perfect stay thanks to Rose and Pier!

The apartment is in one of the most beautiful and most comfortable areas of Livorno: in the small 'Venice' with canals and boats, near the port and in the city center, with the best restaurants right outside the house. The apartment is in a newly renovated building (like the apartment itself) with a modern, essential and very comfortable style. The cleanliness is impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!
