Eddy is a very friendly and attentive person, he was always looking for solutions for every problem, his disposition was absolute. The only thing is that the garage is a little far away but normally you can leave your car outside in case you come to it, as the area is very quiet. Thank you for the stay

I am very satisfied with the spacious spaces, hot shower, very warm beds. We were taken care of by Mr. Pancho (Enrique Cristian's dad) and he was super friendly. The building has a tent down which is super helpful.

We stayed 4 days in Puno with Ms. Vanessa, the stay was nice and very quiet. The apartment is located in a central area that is easy to find. It's just like in the photos and has everything you need. Miss Vanessa was very friendly and flexible with our schedules, she was aware of what we needed and made our stay even more special. We hope to return soon to stay with Ms. Vanessa.

Cesar is a SUPER HOST! He made the stay at the beautiful new apt an absolute pleasure as he was waiting for my arrival for check in. The apartment is new with nice furniture & great for either a long or short term stay. Safe & secure building that was quiet & very close/walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars. It is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath apt on the second floor with a nice dining table where you can eat with friends or even do remote work. Also nice big screen Smart TV in the living room and the master bedroom. He checked in on me several times & was nice to have bottle water, a large kettle to make hot water quick & various teas as welcome gifts. Comfortable bed with plenty of warm blankets plus a big fridge & modern bathroom and a few items for cooking meals etc. Was able to do a Self Check out which was very convenient! Definitely would stay again & would recommend!

The apartment is very nice and cozy, it is located in a quiet area and is close to the main square and markets. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, at all times they helped us with our questions and unforeseen events. I would definitely stay in the same place again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is large and is on the first floor, above the house of Nadia. All very clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds. Well-equipped kitchen. We had problems because there was no hot water in the shower- the positive was how Nadia and her family understood and resolved the situation. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment. We take cold days and it should be taken into account that the apartment is quite cold and there are enough covers to sleep. We love the city's cuisine and recommend the restaurant Mareas Ceviche y Mas- typical Peruvian with great dishes, fair price and great service. Finally, I recommend this apartment and thank you for the kindness of the (growing❤️) family.

Great stay with super large and clean apartment, Mr Francisco was super friendly and helpful. We were also able to check in very early at no extra cost which we are very grateful for.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and with my incredibly welcoming, friendly host from the start. Great location just a short walk from the lake, close to shops and restaurants but very quiet for a decent night’s rest. Janet was a great host who was more than willing to help with all of my questions and requests. The apartment had everything I needed. I would 100% stay again and recommend to my friends.

Staying at Marilu’s Airbnb was a treat she was as so friendly and a welcoming- probably one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. The accommodation was lovely had lots of facilities easy location to get to and it felt safe and secured. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in puño.

Gina was fantastic, she was so friendly and welcomed us into her home. The space was perfect, the friendly host family lives upstairs and you live downstairs with your room close to the entrance way. The bed is comfortable. I cannot rate Gina’s hospitality enough. She was so accommodating and even let us check in quite late at night. She then showed us around the kitchen and welcomed us to have a tea or coffee.

Within walking distance of groceries, mercado, and all the Centro Histórico has to offer. The apartment is clean and spacious. We had a slight problem with check-in that was resolved fairly quickly.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment has good facilities and equipment. The only thing to improve is to have some heating support, because it is very cold.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eduardo's apartment. Eduardo always responded promptly and helped us with our requests. The apartment is very close to the pier and market, and you can walk to Plaza de Armas. We highly recommend Eduardo's apartment.

Spacious and clean place. We had all the comforts and Maria was always ready to help us with anything. Just one detail, the ceiling height of the stairs to go up to the other rooms is low and one has to bend over to pass. Everything else, it was very good.
