What we offer you is a marvelous Penthouse located in the most centric part of the lovely city of Arequipa. The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

Our apartment is situated in a residential and gated area . It is spacius and good for families with children too . Its 10 mins. walking distance from Main Square, Santa Catalina Convent, Cathedral, churches and museums. (Historic Center). It is at the top floor of a building (4 stages) where you will take nice pics of volcanoes and the City. It was a quiet area and you could even hear the river below at night. You can do exercise.Recently renovated and anti-noise windows installed
