They are very kind and work hard for their customers! We got there super early and they let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around in the lobby for a few hours before stores opened! They also washed out clothes as fast as they could since there was a day misunderstanding. So far the most hospitable hostel I’ve had yet :)

The place is very cute, you live the experience of living in a historical monument. It is central, very close to Plaza de Armas and pedestrian promenade, there are fences, pharmacies and various businesses. It is quite clean, the bathroom in the room is impeccable, as well as the bedding and the room in general, in addition the place is quite nice and friendly.

carol provides a very good quality hotel room. We slept on the quiet parking side. We had a car that we were able to park in the hotel parking lot but the host offers transportation service for those arriving by plane. Walking distance to historic center.

Our stay was fantastic. Located in a quiet area and close to the main square. Everything was very clean, tidy and they paid special attention to the details. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was a good location , the place was clean , but it was missing a fan .. hooks in the bathroom would be useful and appreciated to hang our towels ect. lunch was hearty! Good courteous staff We enjoyed having indoor parking.

The place exceeded my expectations. It's a super cozy place that makes you feel at home. Kindness is in the air throughout the house. The generosity of Mrs. Ysabel is worth noting. She helped at all times. I was able to get to know wonderful places thanks to her recommendations, in addition to having a delicious breakfast in the morning. The room is provided with wonderful lighting (waking up and seeing the sunlight through the window is a pleasure) and is an excellent size. The accommodation is just a five-minute walk from the Yanahuara viewpoint and other beautiful landscapes. I was able to walk to the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa (round trip) without any problem. I'm sure I'll be back. One of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. I highly recommend it.
