Great comfy place with breakfast

Very good place, close to the center, which allows you to get to know the city of Arequipa from the perspective of a local citizen

It was a good location , the place was clean , but it was missing a fan .. hooks in the bathroom would be useful and appreciated to hang our towels ect. lunch was hearty! Good courteous staff We enjoyed having indoor parking.

We loved our stay at Lucia’s place. It’s a little out of the way but in my opinion that’s a good thing. Very easy to get into town . We walked it in less than an hour and a half but a taxi is very cheap and only twenty minutes. And better than that is that you will be staying in this lovely place on the edge of town with walks to villages, waterfalls etc. And Lucia was so kind to provide instructions on how to find them. A super host and a great energy throughout. I didn’t mention the breakfasts - soo good. We are already planning a return visit soon

Good place Clean Welcoming staff

Nice place. The room is simple, but quite big and the bed is very comfortable, although it doesn't look like when you first try it. There is a lovely garden and the courtyard, where it is served a breakfast, which is also simple but hearty and fresh juice makes real plus. The location is very very good. And the people who work in the place are just so nice and helpful and friendly, they make that place! Big thanks to them!!

We are currently traveling through Peru with the rental car. For Arequipa, we chose this accommodation because it appealed to us from the description of the parking space for the car. We were warmly welcomed in the accommodation (hotel). The room and bathroom were also very clean and as described. There is also warm water. The breakfast was also very tasty and there was something for everyone. (Very friendly service) As we learned in most of the accommodations in Peru, the soundscape is not the quietest, but it did not bother us. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. Hotel has clean rooms, hot water for showers, complete breakfast from 7-9am. They’ll offer small bagged snacks if you have to leave earlier. Luggage storage available if you are going on a tour. Hot water and tea available in the afternoon. Staff were really nice.

Excellent!

Excellent!!! The house is big and there were two options to choose from, room with the bathroom, a living room to use and kitchen to have breakfast in. Alisa made us healthy breakfast every morning at agreed time. The house is close to the centre by taxi, 4 soles. It is quiet to sleep. Alisa washed our clothes and beautifully ironed my shirts, as an extra service. Both her and her son Sebastian were friendly, but tactful (no unnecessary questions, offered info and were phone call away for any question). I can highly recommend If I come back to Arequipa, I hope to stay with Alisa and Senastian again. Many thanks and all the best

Excellent, 👌 we had a great night at MARLON's family home in NASCA. Grandma welcomed us perfectly, proud to show us her beautiful home that has been well maintained for generations. The beds are of excellent quality and the room was large, with private bathroom and hot water. Breakfast was very plentiful and offered with great kindness. We felt right at home or as a family. The value for money is perfect. It takes an additional 10 SP to put the car in the private garage next to a house, but we stayed quiet. We'll be back to discover all the secrets of NASCA. A beautiful, comfortable and pleasant stay

A very recent hostel (6 months) where you really feel at home. The environment is welcoming, they are very accommodating. The hostel has different places to rest, watch TV, do a pool table… A short walk from the plaza de armas. Don't hesitate to visit Andrew's place!

Even though the breakfast was not at all suitable vegan (only bread and jam) when the day before I announced if there could be fruit or avocado to accompany the bread, the answer was, well we will see it.. but the other day there was nothing. For vegetarians top breakfast with yogurt, eggs, butter, bread etc. I recommend, but vegan, take something for breakfast!
