The area where the apartment is located is quiet, the guard is very friendly and the apartment itself is just like the photos in the description, I felt at home. Beatriz and David are very attentive to any questions, the apartment has everything you may need for the stay I had, highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with everything, Monica and Jose Carlos, they are very nice people, very friendly and helpful, as a recommendation it would be good to have a washing machine in the kitchen since there is enough space; but otherwise everything is very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Hello, how are you? I wanted to tell you that Alejandra is an excellent host. She always communicated well with me, showed interest in making me feel at home, responds to messages quickly and is very kind. The location of the house is very accessible and close to everything. The place is very quiet and above all, very safe. The house was impeccable, it had all the services to have a good time. On my next trip I would go back again, I still had a lot to see in Arequipa.

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

I stayed here for a whole month and I loved that place. It has all the necessities and the apartment is actually very big. I would like to come back so highly recommend!

Located in an excellent area of Yanahuara, with a shop and market nearby, this accommodation is a gem for those looking for comfort, warmth and a space with soul. Definitely a place I'll go back to and recommend to those who want to have an unforgettable stay.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
