MARsuites 4 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer you a comfortable place to stay in Palma. It has 30m2 terrace at the rooftop where you´ll enjoy amazing views over Almudaina Royal Palace and top of the Cathedral. MARsuites 4 is located at the fourth floor of MARsuites building. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. It has a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There are a few steps that will lead you up to the roof top and the amazing terrace. It has 30m2 where you´ll be able to relax, get tanned, enjoy dinner or read a book. There are 2 hammocks and a table with chairs. There is also a sink and a shower to refresh in the warm days. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon request.
