I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

Very beautiful, clean and cozy house to stay in with a group. Our personal highlight was the jaccuzi. We would book it again :)

This place is gorgeous, however it was difficult to find, the road was a little difficult and I had to download a special app to get into the gate. I was also surprised that there was no coffee available.

This place is beautifully decorated with everything in the right place and an absolute gem for a family or couple. The additional outdoor kitchen and breakfast table was always used.and the BBQ was superb. We have been here for 4 weeks so far and this is by far the best we have stayed at with the communication with the host who had some brilliant suggestions for hikes etc.The place also has all the stiff you could need if you like to cook (or BBQ) at home. it was absolutely an amazing place and it is clear that the host has a strong eye for detail. And, of course, it was super clean. Absolutely loved this place and brilliant hosts. (We never met them in person but they were absolutely superb and we felt like we knew them). As for improvements to the property or hosting, for us there are none. It is a lovely place which we enjoyed pending time at. We also had those little Guinea pigs, toucans, monkeys and a little racoon pop it's head over whilst I was having coffee.Wonderful

The rental is in the perfect location. Five minutes walk to beach or grocery. Nice quiet location. The Rolling Thunder Bar at entrance is a great place for food or drinks. Cristan was a super host and met me at check in and answer any questions I had. Will definitely book with him again.

This place was amazing. We have been to Costa Rica several times and routinely go to Jaco. This house and this community was truly off the charts. The amenities rivaled an all inclusive resort with an amazing huge walk in pool and tennis courts (we used them for pickle ball) and a lap pool and the list goes on. Oh yeah there is a 9 hole goofy golf course right out our back door. Crazy cool! This community (Ciudad del Mar) in Jaco will forever be our new go to place when traveling to Costa Rica. Kattia and her side kick Darin are wonderful hosts. Don't think you can find two people that know and love Costa Rica as much as these two. They know the West coast of CR like no one else. Where to eat, what tour companies to use etc. Truly impressed with these hosts.

This place was in a great location for La Fortuna - only about a 5 minute drive into the main part of town, and 15-30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go (hot springs, sloth tours, volcano hikes, waterfall, etc). The place itself was spacious and clean. As others mentioned, there are sugar ants that are always crawling around on the kitchen counter, but we just made sure to do most food prep/eating/etc on the kitchen table vs the counter - yes, that was a bit annoying, but it's nothing we've not seen before in similar climate locations. The beds were also a bit hard, but it didn't bother us to lower any rating. The wifi was fast, there was a smart tv in the livingroom (which was good for the kids when we were chilling at the house), and never ran out of hot water with 5 people (tankless water heater). There is also a grocery store a quick drive away, so it was easy to stock up the kitchen!

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

Wonderful stay! John made our trip helping provide such a quick turnaround. We had been staying at the Los Suenos Marriott and we didn’t feel connected to Costa Rica and what we were hoping to experience and John changed that. About 1 hour into a Jaco Beach visit we connected with John and he had us in his property within a couple of hours. The other families that were staying near him were extremely helpful and very kind pointing us in the right direction for every experience that we wanted. The views were outstanding and location was perfect.

Amazing apt in Jaco with the best location. We loved the pool and the place was very comfortable for us four guests. The hosts were very sweet and helped us arrange transport and gave us extra of anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!
