Beach house vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

wonderful space for multigenerational family. everyone had their own space. the sunrises every morning were a highlight. we were glad we rented cars for this location.

Perfect location. On the beach, near the restaurants and bars. 5 bedrooms with en-suites. A+ amazing.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

This vacation far exceeded our expectations. Everything was a breeze from booking to working with the concierge provided to get transportation arranged to personalizing our needs with the Chef. The Villa is beautiful with the best view. We saw lots of dolphins, whales, sea turtles and manta rays from the balcony. The staff, Aaron, Mary and Ceci, were all amazing and made the vacation that much better. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking and just getting to relax. Aaron helped with transportation to and from town when needed. It is south of Mismaloya Beach, unlike what the general area bubble shows when you are booking. So my only suggestion is if you want to visit PV often, you may want to stay closer unless you are ok with a 30-40 min ride each way. We however are so happy we stayed here and out of the hustle and bustle. The marine life and tranquility made it worth every second. The pool was a nice touch as well and where we spent a lot of time.

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

La casa espectacular, limpia, ordenada y moderna, el tamaño es muy adecuado para familias grandes. La comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue proactiva, muy atentos y con tiempos de respuesta rápidos, nos ayudaron en el ingreso y a resolver dudas antes de nuestro viaje. Las ventajas que ofrecen para acceder al club de playa es una gran ventaja para tenerlo todo en un solo lugar con privacidad y buena calidad. Al anochecer la diversión podía seguir en la alberca privada de la casa lo cual fue muy cómodo, recomendado si viajan con personas que disfrutan nadar.

This property itself surpasses its pictures. During a very busy time in Mexico (Easter weeks) we felt like we had a private beach oasis and yet restaurants and stores were close by in the small town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The property manager was quick to respond if we had a question. It was a top notch experience from beginning to end.

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Stunning place!! The perfect escape with short Ubers to anything you could want! We will definitely be sharing this Airbnb with friends for them to book. We would love to come back and stay here again!

La casa está dentro de un fraccionamiento agradable y muy seguro, en este alojamiento incluye el club de albercas y playa , es un buen punto para disfrutar así como su restaurante…. Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

La casa es muy cómoda, espaciosa y está en buenas condiciones. Layce es sumamente atenta y está al pendiente de lo que se necesita en todo momento. La habitación con litera está en planta alta. En general la colonia es muy bonita. Tiene acceso a supermercado, playa, camcha de basketball, tiendas, iglesia, incluso el aeropuerto caminando. Ideal para ir con gente joven y en plan de ahorro. Es buena opción para encontrar restaurantes cercanos donde comer delicioso, pasar un buen rato bajo la sombra en un lugar cómodo y se puede llegar caminando. La playa no es recomendable para nadar, incluso es peligrosa por ser zona de cocodrilos. Hay que desplazarse en auto 30-40 mins para llegar a playas donde se puede nadar pero hay servicio de taxi, uber y Didi por lo que no es problema si te gusta salir a conocer.

This has to be one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had in a long time. Heidi’s apartment was wonderful to stay in, peaceful, well thought out and extremely cosy. The pictures are great, but I’d say they don’t do it justice. The courtyard with the pool and the little rooftop area were great to hang out on. The place has everything you need for short or longer stays, there’s even a garage which is great if you’re renting a car. The location was also a highlight: far enough from the touristy chaos to relax and experience the neighborhood feel but just a 5-10 minute walk to everything you could want including bars, restaurants and a beautiful market. Heidi was also a great host: always responsive, helpful, pro-active. She even organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and back. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay in Hector's unit in the Los Amores complex. It was great to have laundry facilities and a functioning kitchen. No complaints. Very clean. The pool in the complex is very nice and it's only about a 10 minute walk to get into the main downtown of Bucerias. Also, a great bakery really close.

We enjoyed Luis' place very much. We had tons of room for two couples. The patio was nice and had a view of the Lazaro Cardenas park with lots of good people watching. The small amphitheater in the plaza had several musical shows and morning aerobics - which we heard and saw but didn't participate in. We could walk to the Malecon, restaurants, the pier, the church and many places. Lots of good small taco places nearby. We went on a walking food tour the 2nd day and discovered some small places with great food that tourists probably wouldn't find. The pool was spotless and the rooftop was such a fun place to relax and enjoy the view! The people who work in the building were all helpful and super friendly, as well as Luis. We loved the place and recommend it!

This was a truly remarkable and amazing Airbnb. We had a really great time staying here, the location is fantastic, the beach was amazing, the pool was great, and overall the location was great with plenty of good restaurants nearby. You can review Google maps, you can look at the area, read forums, etc., however, you wont truly understand the area and location until you get there. We had a fantastic time and will be coming back again. Overall it was a great time and experience and we were happy to have stayed there. The location felt safe, and there was plenty to do.
