Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Ignacio was the best host I’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Always available to respond and resolve any questions or concerns I was having. Beyond excellent customer service and I really appreciated that. The apartment is just like it looks in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever want. The rooms are very big and having a laundry machine is a great feature to have. It came in really handy. Thank you again for a great stay, Ignacio!

Great location. close to everything

Amazing rooftop pool but the drinks are pricey, service is great though. Elevators are confusing at first. Was a little annoyed how many times the management group asked for the same information. Overall would certainly stay here again! Tip, walking out the front entrance, walk to the right and there are some stairs that get you down the street without having to cross highway on the corner if there is traffic.

I highly recommend Gerwin's place, everything is as in the pictures and the place is perfect, it is very walkable and close to everything. Gerwin was incredible, he was always attentive to what we needed and for a lot, allowed us to check in at the place. Actually, a good place to stay.

Beautiful modern apartment with a king-sized bed and rooftop pool with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Chris and Karla are the host and hostess with the mostest. I stayed at their place for an entire month, and it was very well stocked with everything I could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which I got a lot of use of. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby if you’re like me and don’t like to cook too much. I highly recommend Tacoquila & Market next door, where I would buy daily necessities and had some of the freshest and most flavorful guacamole and tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Jackson is a great chef and bartender. Polo, who helps manage the apartment, was super helpful. The neighbors are all lovely too. 10/10 highly recommend.

Jillian place was as in the pictures, with all utensils for a family to cook. Communication we fast and clear. Most things we need were in a walkable distance.

Great place, close to everything. The host was very nice and flexible. I would stay here again for its amenities such as the super comfortable sofa, large, high quality TV and with accounts available. Best of all, super fast internet. The only thing that could be an area for improvement is that the neighbor is building, so at 9 am he started hammering constantly, but I guess it will be for a short time. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

We enjoyed our stay, host was very responsive and helpful. The dryer broke the first day we were there and they had someone in to fix it quick and we were able to use the whole time. Always responded quickly when we had questions and needed directions. It was comfortable, clean, and the pool was great for the kids! Would recommend 👍🏼

This place is in an excellent location! Not too far away from Malacon, but just far enough to escape some of the noise from downtown late at night. This place was incredible, looked just like the photos and Jorge was great at communicating quickly! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Marco made me feel right at home when I was arriving! I couldn’t figure out the keypad (totally my fault) but his kid was outside playing and recognized my struggles (lol) got Marco to help, very kind being that it was Xmas Eve! The location was absolutely perfect for my needs and gives you a more authentic living experience which I prefer — you’ll feel more like a local here for sure! The place itself is perfectly adequate and the patio is soooo peaceful to enjoy any time of day. Traffic is never too loud and the sun hits so perfectly 😍☀️. Personally I didn’t use the kitchen but the filtered water was very nice to have! Can’t wait to book again! PS: If you’re lucky enough to meet Stella (the cutest pug ever), win her over with a good butt scratch 😉

It was the second time we chose to stay there. Beautiful view and really nice manager. The bed could be more comfortable, but doe able for a couple nights.

Great location, just outside of the chaos but still so close to walk to everything. There is a daycare outside that played loud music on Monday morning that was a bit infuriating at 9am, but that's life.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Absolutely stunning place. It's a perfect getaway I 100% recommend this place. The staff were all very helpful checking was easy they come and greet you. The pool the beach everything is amazing. Not overcrowded either just perfect. Perfect getway regardless if you're single, with family or just you're partner. The sunsets from this place are incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the dogs that barked all night, next time we would need a fan that makes a slight continuous noise

Rob and Host Alfredo demonstrated extreme attentiveness to our arrival preparations and a clear thorough explanation of new keyless entry instructions. We were impressed by the unit's well-stocked supplies, which included soap, trash bags, and other necessities. Moreover, Rob's supply of fresh water was a thoughtful touch, greatly appreciated, as it eliminated the inconvenience of having to carry numerous water bottles for cooking and drinking purposes. Upon observation, I found the coffee maker to be slightly outdated, necessitating a considerable amount of scrubbing to align with our preferences. However, I am delighted to say that it successfully delivered a delicious cup of morning coffee throughout our stay. This marked our second stay with Rob, and we eagerly anticipate planning our next visit, hopefully securing his unit, which boasts one of the best views to watch a sunset and hear the ocean waves crash against the shore, making it a truly relaxing destination.

Our stay at Casa Linda Vista was amazing. Alex is a great host. The view from the very large and private deck was awesome. The Malecon and beach are 5 minutes away and a large super market is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

Thanks for a great month in PV! As you know we had some troubles with the hot water but your wonderful VERY helpful manager, Omar, always took our calls and assured us that won't be a problem in the future. Of course its no secret that getting to the apartment is a bit of a hike but we got used to it and didn't have to feel guilty about not exercising! The apartment is spacious and simple but very functional. We cooked quite a bit at home and were happy with supplied pots/pans/dishes. The deck is huge with a comfy hammock and even with some wires in the way the view is beautiful. We brought binoculars and saw quite a few whales frolicking in the bay. There is a street light I found annoyingly bright at night and I would love to see the addition of a sun umbrella which could provide some shade in the afternoon and block that light at night. There is a sweet neighbor, Senor Emilio, and he often sits outside on his chair and cheerfully greets you on the way up & down. Happy friendly people, that's Mexico life!
