This place was honestly a steal! Supper beautiful and was able to accommodate my group. There’s so much space you can barely hear what others are doing. There’s hill up is steep however for us it didn’t matter because we love to walk and the Ubers were cheap. Host was responsive to every request and I can’t wait to book again this may be a main stay for us annually. 5 stars would recommend every time!

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for 3 couples. Walkable to all local places in the Romantica zone. Host very responsive and greeted us on day 1. Only downside was the towels were very stained and the drains need to be de-clogged.

I went with this listing for 10 of my friends and I based on the reviews and everyone was correct. It was an incredibly comfortable stay for all of us. We each had our own en suite and the views and balcony access made our stay so calming. It's close enough to walk to restaurants or take short uber rides almost anywhere you'd want to go in town. Our time was short here but if we are ever in need to come back, we will seek this spot out for sure. The house managers were so helpful and kind and Alan was always responsive. Thank you so much for agreeing to accommodate our large group! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Charming authentic home with fabulous views. We loved the gift baskets and immediately felt right at home. Perfect for our big multigenerational family!

Everything is in very good condition, a very nice place

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was really dope. The pool is amazing. The deck on top in the morning and late at night is definitely the spot for Mountain View’s. The house was real big and comfortable. Big kitchen to cook in and lots of patio space. It’s close to a lot of really good restaurants. Also there was a dude selling goat milk around the corner. Definitely check it out. There is a restaurant nearby called “tintuque” highly recommend it. The area was very walkable and close to everything. There was a weird smell coming from The showers, They came and took care of that real quick, so shout out Adrian 💪🏽. Just a heads up there is lots of roosters in the morning. It wasn’t that big of a problem but it did wake me up so it should be noted. The host was very responsive and helpful they even were able to get me in early to the air b n b. So that’s always amazing. The tree the iguanas sit on across the street is pretty cool. All In all I had a great time there, it’s worth the check out.

Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casey’s and Chris’ Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful house desing. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near great local spots. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can tell Casey genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was amazing, it totally matches the description. We went with my whole family, young children, teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed it immensely. The service provided by Karina and Raúl (support staff) made our stay much easier. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. The location with the pool, and the sea in front is priceless. The ocean view from the rooms is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you for everything, I'll come back.

The accommodation is really good, it has a very good location, in front of it we found a cafeteria and 2 houses a seafood restaurant and the pier was a 15 min walk away. Regarding the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation, everything was perfect as well as the attention that the host gave us. Highly recommended 👏👏

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Martha’s place! She is a great host—very kind and responsive. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was perfect—close to everything and in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a nice and relaxing time at Josh’s place. It was very clean and the size for the 5 of us and amazing views. We had arrived early and we were able to check in earlier. Location was great too.

This place is adorable with its Mexican design and accents! The patio, garden area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The unit has a real kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all accessories needed for cooking meals at home. The location can't be beat! The casita is in an authentic Mexican neighborhood with beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distances. Grocery stores, the Melecon and Zona Romantica tourist areas are a short ride in a taxi or Uber. Casa Chulu is a great choice for your Puerto Vallarta vacation getaway!

I had an amazing stay! The host was truly exceptional; thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed, even bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved this place. Outdoor patio with heated private pool and jacuzzi were our favorite. Kids had a blast. Views are breathtaking. Everything is very well though through, decorated and welcoming to relax and unwind. Karen was quick to reply and made our stay hassle free. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Great location! The place was very close to Walmart, Galerias Mall and many restaurants to go and eat. Neighborhood was quiet and private. The house is spacious and it was nice for my family of 7.

We chose Hacienda Tropical as our place to stay for my sister's bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! Luis was always communicative upon confirming our reservation. He would reach out to check in and ensure that we were clear on instructions for arrival or ask if we need anything. While there, he provided several food recommendations, excursion ideas and points of contacts. He shared best transportation options for getting around Puerto Vallarta. My family and friends were simply impressed with Luis response time. He was almost always available to answer our questions. We definitely felt comfortable, and at home while staying at Hacienda Tropical. I was all about the incredible sound system they have going on! I always pack my speaker to play music, however I did not need to use it during this trip. The speakers inside the house were THE BEST!! You will not regret staying here. In total we were 8 females and all had somewhere to sleep comfortably. Thank you Luis & Mark!

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay! - The location is wonderful. - it offers you some peace and quiet and a nice view of the river and the island - plus we can walk in any direction and find taquerias, restuarants, and bars. Our host Armando was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return even though parking can be difficult. Thanks Eduardo and Armando!
