Beach house vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

The house is very nice and very functional, excellent value for money and the host is always very attentive to everything, we will be back soon and it's really highly recommended!👍🏼

wonderful space for multigenerational family. everyone had their own space. the sunrises every morning were a highlight. we were glad we rented cars for this location.

Perfect location. On the beach, near the restaurants and bars. 5 bedrooms with en-suites. A+ amazing.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

This vacation far exceeded our expectations. Everything was a breeze from booking to working with the concierge provided to get transportation arranged to personalizing our needs with the Chef. The Villa is beautiful with the best view. We saw lots of dolphins, whales, sea turtles and manta rays from the balcony. The staff, Aaron, Mary and Ceci, were all amazing and made the vacation that much better. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking and just getting to relax. Aaron helped with transportation to and from town when needed. It is south of Mismaloya Beach, unlike what the general area bubble shows when you are booking. So my only suggestion is if you want to visit PV often, you may want to stay closer unless you are ok with a 30-40 min ride each way. We however are so happy we stayed here and out of the hustle and bustle. The marine life and tranquility made it worth every second. The pool was a nice touch as well and where we spent a lot of time.

Excellent quiet cozy place, it has what you need for a great vacation. My family and pets really enjoyed it. Very good service and response from Regis and Julieta, his manager. Excellent place.

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

The spectacular house, clean, tidy and modern, the size is very suitable for large families. Communication with hosts was always proactive, very attentive and with quick response times, they helped us get in and answer questions before our trip. The advantages they offer to access the Playa club is a great advantage to have everything in one place with privacy and good quality. At dusk the fun could follow in the private pool of the house which was very comfortable, recommended if they travel with people who enjoy swimming.

This property itself surpasses its pictures. During a very busy time in Mexico (Easter weeks) we felt like we had a private beach oasis and yet restaurants and stores were close by in the small town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The property manager was quick to respond if we had a question. It was a top notch experience from beginning to end.

Great place and Agustin was very helpful with anything we needed. AC in all rooms and the pool is a blast. We stayed here for a week with some friends and loved every minute of it! Would book again!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Roberto is an amazing host. The accommodation had some issues with water supply, but Roberto worked to solve the issues very quickly. He was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Can’t recommend Roberto highly enough!

Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

The house is very comfortable, spacious and in good condition. Layce is extremely attentive and available for whatever is needed at all times. The room with a bunk bed is upstairs. In general, the neighborhood is very nice. It has access to a supermarket, beach, basketball court, shops, church, and even the airport on foot. Ideal for going with young people and on a budget. It is a good option to find nearby restaurants where you can eat delicious food, have a good time in the shade in a comfortable place, and you can walk to it. The beach is not recommended for swimming, it is even dangerous because it is an area with crocodiles. You have to drive 30-40 minutes to get to beaches where you can swim, but there is taxi, Uber and Didi service, so it's not a problem if you like to go out and explore.

This has to be one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had in a long time. Heidi’s apartment was wonderful to stay in, peaceful, well thought out and extremely cosy. The pictures are great, but I’d say they don’t do it justice. The courtyard with the pool and the little rooftop area were great to hang out on. The place has everything you need for short or longer stays, there’s even a garage which is great if you’re renting a car. The location was also a highlight: far enough from the touristy chaos to relax and experience the neighborhood feel but just a 5-10 minute walk to everything you could want including bars, restaurants and a beautiful market. Heidi was also a great host: always responsive, helpful, pro-active. She even organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and back. Would definitely go back!

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

We had a wonderful stay in Hector's unit in the Los Amores complex. It was great to have laundry facilities and a functioning kitchen. No complaints. Very clean. The pool in the complex is very nice and it's only about a 10 minute walk to get into the main downtown of Bucerias. Also, a great bakery really close.

We enjoyed Luis' place very much. We had tons of room for two couples. The patio was nice and had a view of the Lazaro Cardenas park with lots of good people watching. The small amphitheater in the plaza had several musical shows and morning aerobics - which we heard and saw but didn't participate in. We could walk to the Malecon, restaurants, the pier, the church and many places. Lots of good small taco places nearby. We went on a walking food tour the 2nd day and discovered some small places with great food that tourists probably wouldn't find. The pool was spotless and the rooftop was such a fun place to relax and enjoy the view! The people who work in the building were all helpful and super friendly, as well as Luis. We loved the place and recommend it!
