Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. My family and I absolutely loved staying at Adam’s condo! It was super clean and comfortable, it smelled good and it was spacious for our family of 4. We definitely enjoyed the kid pool area as well as having the beach super close only about a 2 minute walk from the condo! Adam was quick at responding when we needed assistance w/ working the cable tv and the apps. The security and staff were amazing as well. We will definitely book again!

This condo is in the perfect location—just steps from the water slides and a short walk to the beach. Brian has truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Unlike many Rocky Point rentals, this one came stocked with beach towels, chairs, and toys—items that are hard to pack and made our beach time so much easier. The master bed was incredibly comfortable—so much so that my sleep tracker showed I got twice the deep sleep I normally do! Communication with Brian was fast, friendly, and helpful. We’d absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

We enjoyed rising to the beautiful sunrise and coffee in the patio, walks on the beach and the kitchen was perfect to cook in with all the cookware and utensils one needs to cook with. The beds are comfortable and the living area is perfectly set up to unwind after a day at the beach. We will definitely return.

Sea Haven is a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Peñasco! Super close to the beach but also really comfortable for hanging out at home. The beds were great, the layout really works, and the kitchen is cooking ready. I would definitely come back!

Our family regularly visits and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in hands down. The ground floor access made it so easy for the kids to go in and out while being right by the pool and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and playing in the grass every evening once everyone had their fill of the water. We WILL BE RETURNING to this spot! Our host Jill promptly responded with every correspondence as well.

We had a piece full stay with family. Great service at the front desk. Lauren was there and told us everything that we needed to know. Really friendly and polite. She was helpful from the beginning and answered all questions truthfully. We would stay at this location and will recommend friends and family that will visit Rocky Point.
