Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Our place is a unique loft, open-plan living, with exposed brickwork and stunning artwork. An ideal base to explore Puerto Peñasco. Modern kitchen with concrete counters, coffee maker and all new appliances. Wifi and gated parking area are included. The loft has a 1 queen size bed also a small sofa bed in the living room. Close to Pitaya bar, Manny's beach and Alcapone Pizza!

Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.
