Family-friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Peñasco

This place was great for my family and friends. We thought the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bathroom soaps were a great addition to the condo. Although the beach is a little bit of a walk, it was nice to walk and enjoy the weather. Same with the pool and it being within walking distance and heated! Thank you for having us!

This property is not only spacious, accommodating 12 of us easily while allowing for plenty of personal space and no competition for bathrooms. Adults and kids found their little nooks and peaceful spots in the house and/or on the deck and balcony. The beach was incredibly accessible and we felt like we had our own personal pathway to it (even though technically it is part of the community, the way the house is situated makes it feel private.) It was so nice to just look out the windows or sit on the deck and see and hear the waves. We were right next to the security gate, which was very reassuring, and the guards were helpful and great resources for info about the community, etc. One potential thing to consider is that if you are planning on cooking a lot of big evening meals, the lighting in the kitchen is very limited. During the day it's fine! The house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We found almost anything we were looking for that we needed-- even a ball pump!

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

This was our second time staying in this house! My group of 11 fit easily and we all were very satisfied with our stay. I definitely recommend this place for your rocky point vacation!

If you're on the fence about this property, I highly recommend reaching out to Melissa with your phone number. She's incredibly responsive, super helpful, and can answer any questions you may have—whether it's about parking, late check-out, or other details. The apartment itself is spacious and feels homey. The tennis courts are fantastic, just show up, with lights you can control yourself. The resort is nice—nothing too fancy—but there's a swim-up bar and had a live band on Friday. You'll find plenty of beach vendors, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The view is truly breathtaking. It’s so easy to arrive: just pull up to the main gate, get checked in with access bracelets, and head straight to the apartment—no need for front desk check-ins or outs. The beach is a short walk away, the gym is nearby, parking is simple, and the whole place feels very safe. Our family loved it and would definitely return. It comfortably fits two couples, with two large bedrooms.

Place was exactly as described, it was perfect for my family if 10 including an infant, a toddler and 2 boys. The view was beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

We had an awesome time,the house was amazing! Tons of space, gorgeous views ,a short walk to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded with people or vendors.. beach was clean and perfect for kids to play..

Our family had a most relaxing stay. The view is a slice of paradise. Super comfortable beds, all the kitchen needs to cook meals at home, and soaked in all we could from the front patio. We can’t wait to be back!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

This house is awesome! Great patio for relaxing and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Neighborhood is really safe and gated. They even patrol it to make sure there is nothing bad going on. Awesome beach just across the street that is primarily locals so you know it’s cool!

Rosaura was attentive and communication with her was always good and cordial, however the check in was difficult, she didn't get any of my messages that day, so after a while, I ended contacting Airbnb, who fortunely were able get a hold of her. She apologized for the inconveniences and sent her assistant right away to check me in.

The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We would have liked some more utensils and other things in the kitchen so we didn't have to try and buy so much, but we understand how that goes and were not upset in the slightest. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Manager met us at the door and showed us around. She was super helpful when we had questions. Kitchen was well furnished and bedrooms were huge.

The apartment is in a perfect location. It is just a few blocks from a lot of good restaurants such as La Curva, Ole Mole, Pollos Lucas, Avocato Cocina Creativa, Cocina Express and Cheiky's Pizza. I also did a lot of my cooking and Fruteria Sinaloa is great store for fresh vegetables and many other items. Super Ley is also handy for a more typical corporate super market. Tortilleria Mia has the best fresh yellow corn tortillas. Joaquin was out of town when I visited, but Karina, who lives next door, checked me in and was super nice and helpful. The wifi was fast and I was able to stream all U.S. NFL games with a VPN enabled Firestick that I brought with me. Penasco is a great bicycle town in the cooler winter months and I never used my car the whole 28 days I was there. Easy ride to anywhere, including the Malecon or Sandy Beach. Having the secure, remote controlled, gated garage for my car was a definite bonus.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, private, and felt super safe. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close drive to the Malecón, which was perfect for evening strolls. The A/C worked great and kept the place nice and cool, and we always had hot water. Our doggies loved the vacation too—it was a comfortable and pet-friendly spot. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo. Very spacious inside and comfortable beds. Close walk to the beach. Loved watching the sunsets on the roof deck. I definitely recommend this place. We will be booking again for our next trip to Puerto Peñasco.
