First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

I have rented many homes through my travels, this was one of the nicest yet. As soon as you walk in, you can see through the large windows the huge patio overlooking the beautiful beach. Before even bringing in my things, I had to check out the view and it was not disappointing! The house was large enough for our entire group. The kitchen is well stocked. Most everyone had privet bathrooms. My wife and I took the upstairs bedroom with private balcony, it was gorgeous! We took advantage of the gas grill and made some tasty tacos. We sang karaoke on the gigantic patio. We went into town a few times for bars, restaurants, whale tour, and Fish Market. We had the best time and I can’t say enough good things about this house. We were already talking about planning another trip in this house while there. I would highly recommend if you have a big group, stay here, you will not regret it!

This home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out were very easy and the host responded very quickly. The home had everything we needed and we loved that the beds were very comfortable. The home exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back soon.

Casa Roja, Beaches! Oceanfront Getaway

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

This two story home is a 10 min walk to a very nice peaceful beach. The kitchen is well stocked and a table for 4 to eat your meals. Living areas up and down are very comfortable with smart TVs. Two of the three bedrooms also with smart TVs for those like to watch TV in bed. And WiFi was always good. We stayed for a month. The hot water and water pressure was always great. I also loved the step down design of the spacious shower. This home is located in a very upscale and peaceful neighborhood. Never had any problems during our stay and Kevin got back to me within minutes to a few questions I had. I would stay at Kevin’s place again.

Great! The house was amazing, it was clean and had all the necessities! Even had beach toys and carts, etc for when you walk down to the beach, which is only about a 5 min walk or less to the beach. The host was very responsive and including the people who work for “vacation in rocky point”. My family and I plan on staying here again. 10000/10 recommend.
