Relax in this home where tranquility is breathable at all hours of the day. Away from the noise of downtown is located in an acessible position. Perfect for those who have a car or want to move with transports or bicycle. The garden with tropical plants is 500 square meters with a pool, shared with my house, equipped with a 6x4 meter jacuzzi with bubbles. The house in rustic Mexican style has modern amenities. The atmosphere is family type and friendly.

Simple and cozy studio on the third floor, fully private with its own terrace, it has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric grill, coffee maker and microwave oven, located just 3 blocks from the 88 beach certified with blue flag with common areas full of nature ideal for days of relaxation. Garage for 2 cars. Especially for people who like to be in non-tourist areas where they can live with local people. It's not in the downtown area.

Raices, original and colorful studio with terrace.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.

The exterior features a modern house with large glass doors and balconies, set against a clear sky. A private pool is located in the spacious yard, surrounded by neatly trimmed grass and stone accents.

Beautiful house with pool and grill, specially designed for groups or family vacations. Outdoor half bathroom, 2 parking spaces, nearby Centro Maya Shopping Mall and Super Market. 5 minute walk to a 24 hr convenience store. 10 min drive to famous Mamita’s Beach. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning, roof fan, smart TV, full bathroom, closets, drawers.

Simple room with two double beds, hammock and air conditioning, very well located, close to 5th avenue, mega, soriana and walmart, DOES not have HOT WATER, ROOM TEMPERATURE, the common areas are under renovation, it is aesthetic theme, it is not a question of construction noises, it is located on the ground floor.
