Condo vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Bertha was very hospitable, and we enjoyed staying at the condominium. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the beds, comfortable, and nice furnishings.

This is a great 2 bedroom in a great location. Perfect for a family of 4. Close to the main area of town, with restaurants, shopping and the beach within just a few blocks. The rooftop is amazing with a great view of the ocean and town square from the pool! And the elevator makes it easy to get up with towels, drinks and snacks. There is a 2-burner cooktop, so we could make breakfast and light cooking. No oven, which is fine. The unit has a tankless water heater, so we never ran out of hot water! There is 1 full bathroom with shower, the other is just a toilet and sink, which is helpful for when someone is showering. Our favorite part: the beach wagon that hauled our immense amount of stuff to the beach!! There is also 2 beach chairs and beach towels. The building is also very secure, with gated keypad garage and a keypad entry on our door. I would highly recommend this beach condo.

Perfect little accommodation opposite the beach and with a rooftop pool. The Airbnb was very well-equipped, nothing was missing! Miguel responds fairly quickly. I recommend it!

We had a great stay at this place, safe and family friendly, nice pool area and not too crowded. Easy to get to the beach, and a cozy beach town only 10min by car. Would definitely come back to Puerto Morelos! 🏖️

This place was so cute and quaint the directions were precise and it was easy to get in .The host was wonderful and kind and even extended a little bit of a late day if we needed... Can't wait to be back to this place!! Was so great.. Perfect for couples and small families...

Our best Airbnb stay yet, truly unforgettable! Staying at Don’s place in Puerto Morelos was nothing short of perfect. From the very beginning, Don was the most attentive and welcoming host we’ve ever encountered. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and full of thoughtful suggestions that made our stay even more special. His flexibility with check-in and check-out made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, sparkling clean, and had all the comforts of home (even games to play)! It was the most well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged space we’ve stayed in, with little touches that made a big difference. We especially loved how peaceful and cozy it felt after a day out exploring. If you’re visiting Puerto Morelos, this is absolutely the best place to stay. We’re so grateful for the experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

We love staying at Coco‘s place. The location is excellent right next to the beach as well as close to 5th Avenue which has a ton of shops and options. The locations also close to chedraui, a very convenient supermarket. Coco was extremely helpful and finding things to do giving us recommendations and going out of the way to allow us to enjoy our stay. She also connected with neighbours to help us get extra chairs at the beach. Would highly recommend this location.

They were always on the lookout for us,everything was clean, the Depa and the spectacular fractionation,the super nice pools if you are booking a pool do it 1 day before, although there is a pool in common. All the people who took care of us were very friendly!!

My family was very happy, the place was clean and central. The host gave us good attention. Check-in is self check-in. The subdivision has a pool and feels safe. I would definitely go back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this penthouse. We were originally supposed to stay in a different apartment but due to a power outage, our hosts kindly moved us to this one. They responded to the issue so quickly- it was so appreciated. We liked the view from the rooftop pool, but we didn’t use the pool itself because we went to the beach instead. The closest beach by the Iberostar was washed out when we were there. But there’s another entrance about 7-10 minute walk where there was basically no one else there and we had a great time playing in the waves. One of our favorite things about this condo was the amazing breeze it gets. We barely used the AC at all!

This apartment was an absolute gem! It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and filled with cool local art that gave it a unique and stylish feel. The modern touches throughout made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the space had everything we needed. Despite being close to all the action—shops, restaurants, and attractions—it felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful, offering the perfect escape after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-appointed, conveniently located, yet tranquil stay! Would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Ron. The unit was well stocked with lots of extras. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels. Location was fantastic, close to the restaurants, 2 minute walk to Chedraui and 5 minutes to the beach. There’s a great restaurant/sports bar 1 minute from the condo called El Refugio. Great food, fantastic staff and we were able to catch all the playoff hockey games. We really felt at home in Puerto Morelos and loved the vibe of this town.

An Unforgettable Escape — Thanks to Andrea’s Amazing Spot! Andrea’s team? Gisel, and Ari. Absolutely clutch. They didn’t just host our vacation, they made it. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like checking into a rental and more like stepping into a well-kept secret just three blocks from the beach. You read that right, three blocks. That means morning strolls on the sand, lunch at any of the countless nearby restaurants, and sunset views that hit different from not one but two private balconies. The space itself? Total gem. Icecold AC in every room, blackout shades that kept things chill when the sun was blazing, and still tons of natural light when you wanted it. The vibes? Immaculate. And the front desk? Warm, welcoming, and always on point. Oh, and did we mention the two pools? Yeah, leaving this place was the hardest part of the whole trip. Already counting down the days until we can rebook. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here… don’t think twice. Just go.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Great place, safe and very quiet, excellent to rest after a day of beaches and adventures, we didn't need anything, its beds are excellent, you really rest, I would come back again, there were 6 of us in the family and we were all comfortable, to highlight it has beach umbrellas that made us spend better afternoons in the sand.

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Wonderful experience, everything was very clean and tidy. They have the touches of a good host: soap and shampoo, fresh drinking water, fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the pool view, the excellent internet, it has screens in the rooms and the decoration is very nice, we already want to return! Nayeli is very attentive, friendly and helpful at all times, she provides excellent service. Totally recommended!
