There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We really enjoyed staying at this location. It is very well located in a natural park, overlooking the mountains and surrounding nature. The birdsong in the morning, the smell of the pine forest, the walks in the surroundings, the proximity of the Fuensanta sanctuary (its beautifully sung masses, the views of the valley, the Quitapesares restaurant) where you can walk, the Cresta del Gallo with beautiful trails on the peaks to explore... without forgetting the pool area with BBQ, which we would have enjoyed more if it had not rained so much (which was quite exceptional for a month of March). On the other hand, the sunny and warm moments were highly appreciated. The house had all the amenities. We'd love to come back.

I can warmly recommend the place. The apartment was clean and lovely rooftop. Even the cool air was not cold, the air source heat pump and radiator were a good addition. The car was always parked nearby. The area seemed very safe and peaceful. The pool is visible from the front door. Messages were always responded to quickly and kindly.

Javier Is the perfect host,he is engaging ,friendly and extremely helpful. Should the need arise he responds immediately. The property is spotlessly clean,spacious,well presented and equipped. It is ideally located and in walking distance to the local supermarket, the beach and numerous bars and restaurants.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

We know MMGR well from previous stays, but it was 5 years ago. It is one nice, well cared for and safe place for big and small. If we had any questions, the host responded very quickly and things worked out in a nice way. A nice host in one nice and pleasant place.

Cabo Tinoso is an absolutely charming holiday spot, ideal for those looking for an immersion in nature in the heart of southern Spain. The site is very nice, with nearby beaches that allow for beautiful discoveries. The pool is also a major asset, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant is a real asset, although it is a shame that it is not open every day of the week. Concert evenings are another great reason to visit this place; enjoying music under the stars adds a magical touch to your stay. Overall, Cabo Tinoso offers an idyllic setting and varied activities that make for a truly memorable vacation.

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

We loved the apartment and the area. It has a walk right on the beach when turning the building and 8 minitos walking to a small and nothing crowded beach. The pool is very good and the piso nos Encanto. Irina and her friend were very attentive. 100% recommended and a place we would go back to. Thank you for everything irina
