Monthly Rentals in Puerto de las Nieves

We stayed for a few weeks at Carlos’s place and it couldn’t have been nicer. He was so helpful with recommendations and making us feel right at home throughout the stay. The access to the beach and getting together know the the friendly restaurant staff nearby left us with some great memories. The apartment itself was well equipped and we made daily use of the beach chairs and snorkeling gear. We can’t wait to come back next year!

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would! Laura and Eleazar are absolutely wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome to enjoy this beautiful apartment by the sea. Fantastic communication, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is even better than the photos! Fantastic location and spot to enjoy the peace and quiet, but close to all the required amenities, restaurants, transport, supermarket etc.. Very comfortable, super clean and tidy, well appointed, with everything you need for a lovely vacation.

Very well located, clean and comfortable apartment. Close to the pretty center and beaches of Puerto de las Nieves. I recommend it.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !
