The living room is very nice with a sofa bed and a 4K Smart TV, flat screen. Bed linen and towels are included. Free WIFI. Minimum booking 2 days. We will be happy to assist you from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Next to the historic center and the Heliodoro Rodríguez López Stadium. This apartment is also close to García Sanabria Municipal Park and less than 1.5 km from the Auditorium and César Manrique Maritime Park. Las Teresitas is a 15-minute drive away. It is ideal for exploring the city by foot. Good bus and taxi connections, and near a tram stop. There is a 24-hour public parking lot just a few meters from the apartment.

Apart. con 1 dorm. ind. y baño en suite, en primera fila mar. Bella vista al jardin y piscina con mucho sol y tranquilidad. Cocina bien equipada y salón luminoso y comodo. Al Loro Parque a la playa Jardin y Lidl pueden llegar a pie. Hay aparcamiento delante del Edificio gratis ou bien a 300m de distancia (gratis). Edificio muy cuidado y limpio. Zona sin tráfico. Hay una pequeño bahia justo al lado de la casa,bajando por un camino de tierra.
