Vacation rentals with a pool in Puerto de la Cruz

Beautiful house in a quiet residential area overlooking the sea, equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a family or group of friends who want a space that offers comfort and privacy. We had a wonderful time and watched beautiful sunsets by the pool! Thank you!

The house is wonderful. Very large and in a great location with good restaurants and supermarkets near by. We stayed with three young children (ages 3 & 4) and they loved it. It was very secure for them and plenty of room to roam. The pool we paid to have heated and it was really nice and warm so the kids could swim all day long without getting cold. We were then in mid-april. Plenty for the kids to do in the area including Loro Parque and the botanical gardens. Only things to consider is that the house is situated half way up the hill and it would be very hard for people with limited mobility to get up and down from the town, it’s very steep with a lot of steps.

Very pleasant family stay. The house is spacious and functional, very well-equipped for seven people. The pool and roof-top are a real plus, even in February. The location allows quick access to the most touristy sites without the inconvenience (traffic jams, noise, crowds...) Juana Maria is very available and responsive. We are ready to return to Juana Maria's during a future stay in Tenerife and highly recommend this listing.

An amazing home. The pictures doesn't capture how beautiful the house really is. Alekandr was very proactive. He offered a list of suggestions for restaurants and Canarian dishes. My flight was delayed and eventually changed but Alekandr was very accommodating and flexible with check-in time. The house is conveniently located and a quick drive down the beach, mall and City Centro. I absolutely love this home, furnishings, amenities, and conveniences.

Beautiful setting, well maintained, good equipment, lovely main- & poolhouse, excellent privacy, nice pool and view, enjoyed daily sunrise, cute cat ;-), multiple outside seating areas with natural shade, enjoyed it very much, many thanks!

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. The view from the house is gorgeous. The only negative was that the road to the house is very narrow so it was a bit hard with a large car.

We had a fantastic stay at the banana plantation. Our hosts were really helpful in so many respects: flexible check in, providing an extra travel cot, local recommendations and flexible check out. When there was a problem with the dishwasher they replaced it with a new one the next morning! The house was a pleasure for grandparents, parents and baby. The garden and outside sitting area was such a pleasure. The barbecue equipment was excellent and was enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

We felt very comfortable in the Cosy Beach Flat. The place is nicely decorated with love of detail and nicely. Leonardo was always quick to respond and handled check-in easily through his parents, who welcomed us warmly and explained everything important to us shortly. We also thought the location of the accommodation was great. The place is pleasant. Supermarket, pedestrian zone, restaurants and bakery can be reached quickly. We also found it very good that the accommodation has an underground parking space, which we used well with our rental car (caddy). Since the washing machine is constantly closed, it unfortunately smelled very musty, even after a flushing. We therefore did not do laundry even though it would have been necessary.... The bathroom also smelled weird more often.

Everything was great. Easy to get to. Absolutely central location. Restaurants, beaches and shopping within walking distance. The place was clean and had everything you need. Priceless: The morning view from the balcony to Mount Teide.

Everything is well described and well described. Home looks like the photos and is super equipped and clean. The host gives helpful tips and cares about the welfare of the guests if you want to.

This is a very clean, comfortable and practical apartment. David met us when we arrived, explained all relevant details and offered useful advice for our trip: we truly appreciated his level of engagement and courtesy, feeling immediately at home with such a kind welcome. The apartment is located in a quiet, yet attractive neighbourhood, with a good supermarket beneath it. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The balcony in the morning sun with lovely views was savoured daily! A great space!

Highly recommended! Esther was super friendly and attentive at all times. Everything was easy thanks to their attention, from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out management. Communication was perfect and he also gave us very useful local recommendations. The apartment was great, as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and very well equipped. The outdoor space is beautiful, with very nice views and a great pool. It's a very quiet and nice place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, close to local towns for restaurants and beaches, close to the airports, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The property is well equipped with all items we required. We could not fault it. Check in/out was simple and the homeowner was very helpful. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you again :)

We had a great stay! The location was wonderful—very walkable to grocery stores and just a short drive to a large shopping mall and several great restaurants. The house was fully equipped with everything we requested, and communication was excellent. All our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We’ve had an amazing time in the penthouse and we’ve made some beautiful memories! We travelled with a small child and Daniel, Eduardo and Malba made us feel at home and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in the area. The house is super pretty, cosy and from the terras you have an amazing view! The garden and pool is spectacular. Would definitely recommend staying here!
