Los anfitriones son maravillosos. El apartamento está limpio a nuestra llegada y nos responden rápidamente cuando tenemos alguna pregunta. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y sonriéndose. El aparcamiento interior es muy útil y la vecindad es tranquila y agradable. Es nuestra segunda vez en Candelaria y lo recomendamos totalmente. Muchísimas gracias Pilar y Domingo por todo lo bien que se manejaron con nosotros.

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

Wir haben hier einen gemütlichen Familienurlaub in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu einheimischen Freunden verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig, man kann direkt losziehen und das Lavafeld Malpaís de Güimar erkunden oder ungestört von Autos über die kleine Promenade zum Platz spazieren, wo die Kinder spielen und die Eltern Kaffee oder Bier trinken können. Die Badestelle ist ebenfalls fußläufig leicht erreichbar. Vom Sofa aus kann man die Wellen beobachten, die Sonnenaufgänge sind spektakulär! Angela hat uns ein Reisebett organisiert, alles war leicht zu finden und perfekt erklärt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist gold wert.

Appartamento grande e accogliente con tutti i comfort. Vista mare e spiaggia accessibile a piedi. Non molti servizi a prossimità. Indispensabile l’automobile! Molto vicino a Santa Cruz e da qui La Laguna e Las Teresitas sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Como siempre el alojamiento de Yolanda muy bien, todo limpio y ordenado, cuidando pequeños detalles. Siempre pendiente de que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda repetiremos pronto.

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure

We absolutely loved the place!! Most important: breathtaking views!! But the apartment was amazing too, comfy bed, superfast internet, clean bright and quiet flat, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and streetparking available. We also used the pool a few times- it was nice and refreshing!! We loved everything about the place! Also the hosts were very responsive and friendly! 5 stars all the way!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von El Médano! Wir kommen gern wieder!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Tenerife! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jose was a wonderful host — very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Tenerife!

Très bel appartement, propre et spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. La place de parking est appréciable tout comme la proximité de l autoroute pour visiter toute l ile. Il y a un supermarché Lidl accessible à pied ou en voiture. Le centre ville de Santa Ursula permet de se restaurer, avec de nombreux restaurants, à 15 minutes à pied de l appartement. Nous recommandons le restaurant Guachinche la Bodegas, un restaurant canarien excellent et abordable.Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances.

Le logement d’Olga est tout simplement incroyable, il dispose de tout ce que l’on pourrait avoir besoin. La vue, la proximité avec les transports en commun et les commerces, les piscines… tout nous permet de passer d’excellentes vacances à Ténérife. De plus, Olga est une personne très gentille et à notre disposition pour toute nécessité 😍 Je recommande les yeux fermés !

L'appartement est vraiment ravissant, avec tout le confort, cuisine, salon, salle de bain, chambre et la piscine (non chauffée) qui est un plus. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Fantastic apartment! We had a fantastic time in the apartment which is just like the photos. The whole complex is extremely clean and well looked after with the pool area being a great place to chill out. The quality of everything in the apartment is 5* and clean throughout. Meg the cleaner/key holder was extremely helpful throughout the stay and went out of her way to help us with a later checkout. Set near the Hard Rock Hotel the area is reasonably quiet and peaceful with a range of restaurants to suit different tastes. Would highly recommend Marks apartment and if we return to Tenerife we will certainly look to book again. Thanks Mark we had a great holiday!

Nous sommes restés une semaine à Pâques dans l’appartement de Luis , en famille avec 2 ados. L’appartement est très bien décoré , fonctionnel, avec machine à laver , sèche linge , lave vaisselle et 2 machines à cafés , même un frigo dans la chambre double . La vue est magnifique sur l’océan. Deux télés , un abonnement Netflix à disposition , et beaucoup de rangements . Nous avons passés de beaux moments reposants et proche des bars, supermarchés . Rien à redire ! Merci Luis aussi pour les attentions , eau et vin pour nous accueillir , ainsi que des instructions claires et précises .

Dovolenou jsem v Lauřině bytě strávila již potřetí a opět jsem byla velmi spokojená. Bytový komplex je čistý a bezpečný, má velmi pěkný bazén a je hned vedle oceánu a pláže. Byt je čistý , dobře vybavený, s pohodlnou postelí. Plus je soukromé parkovací místo v areálu. Stavba hotelu naproti pokračuje, občas se trochu práší, ale velky hluk slyšet není a přes víkend nepracují. Laura je velmi milá, ochotná a ihned reaguje na dotazy. Minulý rok jsem v bytě zapomněla mikinu a potěšilo mě, ze mi ji Laura letos vrátila. Připadám si zde už jako doma a ráda se zase někdy vrátím.

Sehr stilvoll hochwertig, eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir verbrachten 8 Tage in dem Apartment und haben die Zeit mit dem Pool und den beiden Terrassen sehr genossen. Der Ort hat uns nicht so angesprochen. Es gab für unseren Geschmack nicht viele gute Restaurants ( zu empfehlen das Restaurant KV Bar Gourmet am Hafen) der Strand gefiel uns ebenfalls nicht so. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Reaktion auf den nächtlichen Baulärm verlief sehr positiv. Es gab eine anteilige Rückerstattung für ein paar Nächte. Danke dafür! Man hat auf der Terrasse Sonne von Mittags bis zum wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.

Totalmente recomendable. Muy buena ubicación y además cuenta con garaje lo que es un puntazo para dejar el coche de alquiler sin preocuparse. El edificio es muy tranquilo. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y cuentas con reposición de toallas y geles de ducha lo que se agradece bastante. La cama es muy cómoda también. Jesús fue muy atento y amable en todo momento.
